What time is it now and how's the weather in your neck of the woods, Part 3

It's 1:34p and 63 degrees and the SUN is out!! Nice day:thumbsup2

Supposed to get to 85 or so here today. Funny how the Giants are playing in St. Louis and the game was halted in the 7th inning for rain. Sunny and mild - shirt-sleeves weather in SF! We're definitely above our average temp wise.

It's 9:01a and 65 degrees, YES I did say 65 DEGREEs!:yay:

Here in Ocean County NJ, it's 70 degrees and sunny. It's DS's 17 birthday, all the windows are open, and I am cooking a turkey breast and watching my neighbor train her puppy for agility courses (one of the cutest things I've ever seen around here!).

Hi Kar.

I have to laugh. Heather has a boot on to. Dr. says she has a stress fracture in her foot. She was showing me the picture of yours. See what you two get for trying to kick the men in your life?

I feel bad for both of you though but at least now you're back home.

Thanks, Mike!!! Yup, Heather and I, we are the BOOT LADIES!!! :lmao:

OMG! Glad your home and feeling better.

Thanks, Sue!!! :goodvibes

Good CLOUDY Sunday morning in Southern Cali.

Tons of clouds today and only peeks of sun.

11:37am 75 degrees.

Have a great SUNDAY everyone! :yay:

Not too bad right now, but supposed to get cold in the next couple of days.

10:05 am and it's currently 58 degrees.

It's been nice here in the mid 60's, well I would rather have 70's but for up here this is nice!

It's 2:34p and 64 degrees.

Now for the weather. It has gotten cold here and only supposed to get colder.

Our forecasted high for today is 49 and that's where we currently are at 10:35. Windy today so we have the wind chill as well. Guess it's time to start breaking out the winter clothing.

… UGH … diagnosis … ANKLE IS FRACTURED.

Soooooooo, its me and my BOOT for the next month (anyway).

Oh, my! Sending hugs and hoping you're feeling better!:grouphug: I can't find the single hug smilie, so I'm sending you the group hug!:)

And...I hear it's your anniversary, so HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!!:cheer2:

Now for the weather. It has gotten cold here and only supposed to get colder.

Colder for us means temps in the 80s.;) We are having gorgeous weather here in the desert. Dry, sunny and in the 70s/80s.

Thumper-Man, you'll appreciate this- I know we've talked about Vegas trips and the fun of just being able to get some time playing the slots and not having the money go too fast. Well, my husband and I just got back from a weekend in Vegas. We stayed at the MGM Grand and that was the only casino where I ended up playing the slots.

On our last night there, I sat down at a slot machine (25 cents, 2 credit, Double Diamond, Haywire) at 7pm, and played for over FIVE HOURS! It was after midnight by the time I left. I never moved to another machine, just stayed and played the same one. The machine kept hitting, it was crazy! I started with $50.00 and walked away with $300.00. I still can't believe I played at one machine for five hours, and won on it!:)

Hope all the weather dissers are having a good day! I haven't been here in awhile. We've been spending all our weekends in Phoenix, so lots of traveling back and forth from Tucson. Last weekend, we went to Las Vegas to help our son move. He bought his first house (new construction, built over the summer). He only moved about ten miles from his old place, and he's a bachelor, so it wasn't a huge move.:)

Our younger daughter is moving to Los Angeles the first weekend in November, so that's another trip we'll be taking soon to help her move. After that, I'm hoping everyone will be settled down and there will be no more moving for awhile!

On to the weather! It is 72 degrees in Tucson, with beautiful sunshine and a slight breeze.:cool1: I love this time of the year! I have all my windows open and I'm enjoying the sun and cooler temps.

Have a good day, everyone!

Well congratulations. I guess it was a lucky weekend. DW, DMilL and I hit one of our local casinos. Our main objective was to go for dinner. They have a new spanish restaurant that we like. We played a little before dinner, while we waited for our name to be called. We didn't do very well and lost $40 like that it seems like. We had dinner and played again after dinner. We put $20 into another machine and cashed out $90. Told DW that we're up $30 lets call it quits for the night.

DMiL was doing pretty good and we didn't want to rush her as we all drove there together. While waiting DW and I decide since we're up $30, might as well play another $20. The worst that can happen is we leave ahead $10. We're still ahead and that's a good night in our books. Well luck was on our side. The one machine we were playing, we got a bonus and the bonus paid us $428. We're were going to play the $28 down and then we got another bonus for $34. We played it down to $450 and cashed out. After that we called it quits for good. DMiL was ready to go and so were we.

1:20 and it's up to 54 degrees. Considering they predicted 49, that's not too bad.

Mike, I LOVE IT!!! You are the BESTEST ever!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! :dance3: :dance3: :dance3:

Congratulations and you're welcome. I know how many years cuz Heather told me. Any special plans for the night BOOT LADY? Hope Brett is taking you some place nice. Like Steakhouse 55 maybe. :rolleyes1

Mike, NO plans! Brett left at 6am for San Francisco. He will be there until Sat morn. BUT we are going to take my BOOT and head to RB's JAZZ KITCHEN in DownTownDisney on Saturday night!!!

I was suppose to go with him to SF. I have never been and he has offices in SF as well as LA. So he goes back and forth pretty regular. So last month he purposely scheduled meetings for Thur&Fri and then we would have toured all weekend and fly back Sun night. But then I got the BOOT!!!!!! ;)

Well we have had a beauty of a day! Bright sun! 5:00pm 82 degrees.

Nice!:thumbsup2 It is so tempting to keep playing...just one more time...just one more time. That's how they get you! Sounds like you all had a fun evening!

Wow, what a quick change in weather!

5:15pm- sunny and 80 degrees.:cool1:

Feels like we skipped Fall and went straight to Winter.

8:18 am and it's 27 degrees this morning. Supposed to start warming back up by the weekend.
