Shelly the Pooh - LOL I think name tags will come in reeeaal handy. This would've made for an interesting guessing game of some sort. Trying to put a face with a name from only comments made prior to boarding. We are so new at crusing and only just now found out about thread's about a week before our magical journey, but at least we did make it. Looking so forward to this trip and meeting everyone!!

Oh Yes - We wouldn't miss the meet and greet. There will be three of us looking confused and lost we should be easy to spot. LOL Yippee!!! Just a couple more days left. Christina is our daughters name.

Orchidkris - I told Christina about your message and your daughter being the same age this morning and she was so excited. She asked me a thousand questions. None of which could be answered other than we will see Saturday. LOL They are going to have a blast!! First cruise and new to us all. I can't wait!! Feel like I'm 10 years old now!! teehee

I think I saw it mentioned earlier but did not pay attention so now I am curious. What is Disney's policy about bringing on beer, wine, and spirits to your stateroom. I looked but could not find it on the reservation page. Thanks for all the help for new cruisers. Sherry

You can bring beer, wine and/or spirits on if they are unopened and carried on in your carry on. You can also bring a wine bottle to dinner as long as the servers keep it for you. It will be kept and offered to you at dinners until it runs out.

I didn't see them state any limits but I guess you can't technically carry a keg in your carry on so what ever you can fit in your carry on seems acceptable according to the rules.

I probably won't have a name tag on for our meet and greet but I will be definitely wearing a Houston TEXANS blingy lanyard around my neck for the duration of the trip so that should be a noticible item to identify me.

And Sherry I believe there will be a buffet restaurant open for lunch and maybe the food stations by the pools for food once we board. I will have to double check that information though.

Thank You!! - That is awesome!! - We will see what items we can come up with. I'm not sure what the rules are of the FE or how it actually works, but I'm sure we can come up with something pretty nifty.

Don't worry about that just enjoy the experience and start planning for your next Disney Cruise and FE Exchange.

And I thought I was having a bad day. Feel better after eating though. My new exercise regime and watching what I eat is tough some days. Hope the gym is really good aboard so I can work out more and eat more.

I have to say I am total procrastinator! I am still finishing FE as we speak.... I hope they turn out ok. Why is it I am always tired when there is so much to do?!

Hello Batesfam. This is our first Disney cruise and we are so excited. This board has been great for answering questions. I am sure we will all learn a lot on our first cruise. Are you signed for early or late dining? And don't forget to meet us at 3pm on Deck 3. Promenade Lounge on our sail away day. I think I might stick a name tag in my lanyard for that meet and greet. Sherry

reminder 3pm deck 3 saturday-- make sure you come if you change your cabin so we all can update our lists
