***the official may 2013 thread***

My dates are April 28-may 6. We will be staying at AKL unless we get a better deal else where
 
Hello everyone!! We are currently planning a Disney trip for May. We are thinking May 22-28 but we have not booked anything officially yet. We went this year around the same time and it worked out so well for us (except for the weather, rained a lot!) we want to do it again next year! We've stayed off site the past several trips and are planning to stay onsite this time around. :thumbsup2 POR is top runner at the moment for resort choice! Planning this far out is actually new to us. We are more of the 'last minute lets plan a trip' kind of people. When we planned our trip this past May we booked everything in April! I'm hoping this time around I'll be able to get the restaurants we want booked right away (wishful thinking!) instead of checking the disney dining website every hour the week before our trip!

Just booked my airfare for May 6-10. Gotta justify my AP! :) I'll book my stay at Pop tomorrow with my TA.
 
Howdy! I am happy to say I am now a May visitor! We were (actually still are) booked for March of 13, but things have changed and we are now planning on May 30-June 6. We are going to stay at POR Royal Rooms.

It will be DH (33), myself (33), and DD (6). DD does not know the trip is coming and will not until we drive into WDW!!!

This is our first family trip to Disney as adults, both DH and I went to Disney as children but have never stayed onsite before. Looking forward to this trip! :cool1:
 
It's officiall! Add us on for May 22 - May 28!!!
We don't have a resort booked yet. But we are booking airfare tonight! Spirit Airline has some really good rates for next year and we're going to pull the trigger and book our flights! :banana: :dance3:
 
7 months out so we were able to switch resorts. We are now staying at Boardwalk 5/2-5/4 & 5/11-5/18 pre and post cruise. Got boardwalk view for the fist and preferred, wait listed for boardwalk, for the second. We have never stayed there and it's F&G so it should be fun. :cheer2:

We will be at POR in the Royal Rooms at the same time! We are staying May 28th- June 7th.

We'll be at WDW from May 4 through May 14!! So excited!! It is our first trip as DVC members and we'll be staying at the Boardwalk - which is my favorite area to stay (so far). :)
 
Wow! It's amazing what you can miss in a week! I've gotten all of our newbies added on! Have any of you gotten any good pin codes for next year yet? I haven't, but I'm hoping for some pixie dust!pixiedust:
 
We (myself, DH, DD19, and DD friend) are going to BCV May 22-28! It's our home resort but we haven't been there in four years (went to DL and Aulani instead). Can't wait until May. Our ressies are made; now we just have to wait and see if DD19's summer plans still let us go during that time. She's looking for a summer internship, so hopefully it will start AFTER May 28.
 
We are surprising the kids and going as soon as they are out of school. Can't wait! Haven't gone in May before, but we are soooo looking forward to it! Staying at the Art of Animation!:yay:
 
We booked tonight!!!! May 12-18 Bay lake tower standard view studio!!!!! We do have one night waitlisted but I am really hoping it comes through! This trip is to celebrate our DD's 3rd birthday which is the 16th!!! One last free trip for her! So excited!!! :goodvibes

Now to figure out ADRs!
 
Count us in! Haven't officially booked yet, but we're planning on May 27-June 4 at Shades of Green. I'm happy that I can plan the first part of our trip, but not so happy that I have to wait for the June hours to come out to finish up. It's making me crazy!
 
I'm officially booked!:banana: We did change from POFQ to AoA. Booked my bestie and her family at the same time! I get even more excited every day, especially with the park hours coming out. I can do even more planning!

I've got our newbies added! I know yall are just as excited as we are!

I want to book! We are booking first week of November!

DH was going to book through SW like prev trips... ... but figured out if he booked everything but flights through WDW, since we're staying longer, he's saving like $500!
