I've been impressed with the selection in that store at the swolphin. Haven't actually bought anything there but still, nice stuff.

Dinner this evening was at Bluezoo. I had heard so many good things about it and we had the TIW card so it was a must for me. Our reservation was for 7pm but at 6:15 we checked in and were seated immediately.

The restaurant is beautiful and we had our choice of seats. So we picked and the enjoyed. LOL

Scott – Agave Margarita.

Scott – bluezoo's New England Style Clam Chowder - light and brothy with salt cured bacon, house-made oyster crackers $9.50. This was so GOOD.

Vinny - Teppan Seared Jumbo Sea Scallops - braised beef short rib, silky cauliflower puree $14.50

Entrée:
Scott - Simply Fish
Our daily selection of finest fresh fish selected from coastal waters around the world, simply grilled on our teppanyaki grill, served with your selection of sauce below $34.
I cannot remember what kind of fish it was.

Also as a side order I got.
Shake & Bake Fries - grated parmesan, crushed garlic $7
I did not really care for them. I was really disappointed.

Vinny - Simply Fish

No pic of his. He also cannot remember the fish. There were 2 that evening and we each had the other.
For his side dish he had.
Lobster Broccoli Stuffed Cheddar Potato $9

Dessert:
We both had coffee and shared.
Banoffee Pie - sauteed banana and vanilla ice cream, shortbread, toffee, vanilla whipped cream, banana ice cream, caramel froth $13

It was okay. Nothing to write home about.

The bill with the TIW discount, tax and tip came in at $ 160.42. I am glad we did it but not sure if we will be back anytime soon. I do want to try the other places in there also.

I have always wanted to go to Tusker House for breakfast. Somehow I keep missing it, but it looks like fun. I have had lunch there and it was yummy.

Boo to the Magical depress paperwork being on the door. I guess that's one good thing about renting a car - you don't get that reminder.

You food at BlueZoo looks really delish. Too bad it was just "OK". Still, such a pretty restaurant for your last evening.

Wasn't really a disappointment but not just what I thought. I would go back.

Breakfast is so fun there but it can get busy and crazy.
LOL. I like the reminder but it is sad. I like to drink in all the parks (except MK) so no car for me.
The restaurant was gorgeous and the food was good, not great. I would go back.

We left and jumped on the boat back to DHS.

A new person was training so it took a little while to get on and get going.

We got there and our mind was made up. We were going to.

Cheerleaders were everywhere. So we decided to go back and maybe swim some more.

We did swim some more and then had a drink and then packed and went to bed.

I just love riding the boats that go to EPCOT, DHS and the resorts - they're so relaxing! You just have to have time...lots and lots of time. lol
Do you remember when they still had the machines at the docks where you could buy fish food? It really ended up feeding the birds, but it was still fun! So sorry they took those out, but I guess the birds became a little too aggressive. They were so tame they'd eat out of my hand!

me too. You do need the time. I said several times we could have walked there and back by the time we were done.

I do remember machines by docks but not that it was fish food but it must have been.

Yep will finish it tonight or tomorrow then we leave Monday.

I do like BlueZoo but it is pricey, even with the TIW discount. Great atmosphere though and more "adult" than most locations at Disney which is nice.

I tell it like it happens. Why omit things. Things are not always happy there. LOL

I enjoyed it just a little more hyped than I thought but would go back.

Departure day:

Vinny had a 7:30 am magical express. He left on time and I did some laundry being my clothes were wet from swimming. I sat out by the pool while they were washing. I saw some ducks swimming.

Then I went back and finished packing and then I called for bell services being I had the purple locker. I tried to get late checkout but you’re not allowed on DVC which is so wrong. LOL

I had 3 hours till by bus ride but was not in the mood for a park so I just stayed around the resort and people watched. Here is the view from my rocking chair by Artist Palette.

After a few hours it was time to go.

First on the bus and grabbed the front seat.

Someone was getting a nice delivery.

Got to the airport and got to security. The person in front of me was a wife and got through and her hubby and kid was in the lane next to us so the lady tsa agent took them next. Then she took the next guy and problem arose. He had no id. No speak English either. She was flustered about what to do. Finally a supervisor came and then she took me. You would think they would know what has to be done right away. She was still thinking about it after I got through. So then I got through the scanner and head to the monorail. Here is a video of the ride.


I had dinner at Burger King and then I had a iced coffee and water from Starbucks. My plane was delayed by almost 2 hours. Here is my plane arriving from NYC really late.

We finally took off around 8pm or a little after. The flight was very nice. I had a guy sitting next to me who was nice. Just a nice flight and I like those being I hate flying.

I believe we came in over Long Island. Not sure but I think so.

The next pic was taken at 10:51pm. 2 hours and 21 minutes later than we were supposed to land.

Now people on our plane had connecting flights to catch. We were asked to let them off first. We did. I got out and saw they had carts for the people to ride to their next gate. This is why I love Jetblue although if I was there already and had to wait I would not have been happy. LOL
I got my luggage and then had a half hour wait for my car. On the way home I saw the space shuttle sitting in a hanger. I was home quickly and so happy to be.

Final thoughts:
It was a great trip. We did some things that were firsts to us and really enjoyed them. We spent a lot of time at the pool and I really did enjoy this. I am learning I do not have to be at the park from opening to close.
The weather was great. Three days it only got into the 70’s and that was wonderful.

The Flower and Garden Show was so pretty and I loved seeing it. I am happy I got to finally see it.

The dining was good even though we canceled quite a bit of adr’s.
Loved the Grand Stand section of SSR. So peaceful and relaxing and the best was being first on the bus.

Overall very happy with our experience. The only problem was the wifi in the resort on my tablet. I could not get on some days.

We are now 8 hours from our next trip where we will be having dinner with 12 friends, having fun at the Food & Wine Festival and seeing Vinny’s granddaughter who lives in Florida. When I get back I will posting a link to my new TR.

Oh and Jetblue a week later sent me an email giving me a $25.00 credit for the wait. Never asked for anything, they just gave it.
