Monica, depending on what sort of hobbies, likes... your pal has it may help on getting ideas of what sort of things to send.

Each time you go to the store, try to make it into a game of finding things that are flat, and light in weight that you can just include in.

Ex. if your pal likes to garden, you could send them seeds. If they like to try new foods, then maybe you could send them a spice packet. Or you could send something according to the holiday or season that your card is being mailed. Ex. For Christmas, you could send an ornament..... items do not need to be expensive, just a couple of dollars or less. But I do ask that all items be new/sealed.... it's just another fun thing to receive along with the card.

To answer your question, it wasn't easy choosing the cruise! There were so many choices Since I work a teacher's schedule, that narrowed our time frame down to summer, and since it will be our first we decided to go shorter rather than longer. And I wanted to go to the Bahamian region anyway, but it was a process! I'll be going with just my mom! It should be lots of fun!!

I received my last card today from Carrie aka bearloch! Inside was a magnetic notepad, stickers, and what I want to call "pixie dust"...it was some glitter in a Disney themed castle!! Really cute hope you enjoyed your first exchange!
