Hi! Howdy! Hola! and GREETINGS to anyone who wants to read this Pre Trip Report!! xo
This is my first Pre Trip report on the Dis Boards. I decided to write one because for the past couple of weeks I've been sitting here reading everyone elses trip reports and pre trip reports and it just seems like so much fun! I'm also fairly new to the boards.... however that doesn't mean I don't know you all because I regularly stalk and read everything you write
This is my fun crazy family:
The DETAILS:
We are flying out EARLY from Lynchburg, VA August 25th 2012 at 5:30am and will arrive in Orlando at 9:23am. Yes its a VERY early morning but it means we get to WDW sooner ?? haha We are staying at Pop resort for the first time and I am kind of nervous because I have always stayed in Moderate resorts, BUT we are looking forward to trying it out and saving some money! We will stay from 8/25 - 8/30 so we have 6 days and 5 nights in BEAUTIFUL Walt Disney World!!!!!
The people going on this amazing and wonderful trip are: Myself, my husband Kevin, my 16 yr old son Zack and my 9 yr old son Ethan. Oh... also my dad and stepmom are flying down from NY to join us. (hopefully that won't be a bad judgement call but we will just have to wait and see how this plays out... anyhoooooooooo)
A little bit about us:
My name is Aimee. I'm in sales and marketing, I LOVE COFFEE, I chew gum constantly but only Orbitz Peppermint, I love lipgloss, I read a LOT, I cook and bake a LOT and its one thing that I'm actually pretty good at, I absolutely love shoes, and of COURSE I am absolutely obsessed with anything Disney related. I'm also kind of weird... but thats ok because I'm going to DISNEY WORLD!
My husband Kevin and I got married almost 2 years ago ...
Kevin has NEVER been to Disney World (can you imagine??? lol)... so this will be his first trip ever! He doesn't want to know any of the planning, and has basically left that all up to me
Kevin is an Extension Agent for our city as well as the 4H agent for all of the area schools. He loves to canoe, camp, listen to music, and eat my cooking
Kevin is also obsessed with the Virginia Tech Hokies and loves to go to as many VT college football games as he can.
So this is my first post.... and will continue to post #2 in a bit. I hope that you all will join me on my obsessive planning and worrying about this trip! xoxo

We'll be at WDW at the same time (8/27-9/1) 
I will have to get some pics of my dad and stepmother to add in here as well... I'll get to that later. 
TIME TO PANIC!! I immediately called WDW transportation and gave them my flight information AGAIN which they assure me they entered and that there will be a bus waiting for us on August 25th 
Seriously, the best tip I can give is don't give up! There are people that are constantly changing and canceling their ADRs...I love that Disney has reinforced a credit card guarantee on most of their table service restaurants because people are obligated to cancel rather than just not show up.

They are absolutely PERFECT... they are Sequined black ears on a black headband with a GORGEOUS RED SEQUINED BOW in the center! I can hardly wait to try them on... so Mailman can you please HURRY?? 
I'd love to hear from someone else who uses the Vera Saddle Up bag for WDW!
Thanks for reminding me about ponchos...I think that is one thing I have failed to put on my list. And I am still on the search for the perfect WDW bag! I love yours!
