Day 6, Part 4 In Which It's Time For Disney On Crack
It was very hard to say goodbye to the sweet and SUPER HOT Frenchman.
He had to go to work and told me again that I should stop by where he worked sometime. I said, "Ok, maybe I will!" But what I meant was, "I hope our first child is a boy so we can name him after you!"
I think parting with him caused post traumatic stress because we STILL STAYED IN FRANCE?
I don't even know, you guys. We were stuck there. It was fine though. If you have to be stuck somewhere, France isn't a bad place to be stuck. As the Frumps would say, no one was mad. It's all good in the hood. The French...hood... that is the France pavilion at Epcot. Look, I don't know what I'm saying anymore.
So, I took some pictures...

Me testing out my zoom... not bad!

My mom and I had to go to the bathroom again, so we went back over to Morocco, and then we decided we would FINALLY LEAVE! Sometimes, you're just all Franced out.
You'd probably think we'd head right to the Magic Kingdom since I've gone on and on about the EMH and how excited I was about it and all of that. But nope.
My nose and soul were both craving the smell of the Land!!!!!!!!!!
I twirled for awhile, singing "My nostrils are alliiiiivveeee.... with the smell of Theeeeeee Laaaaaaand!"
Yes, I am available for bat mizvahs, birthday parties, holy communions, weddings, and any other special event! I refuse to keep this talent hidden away from the world. That would be selfish of me.
So we head down to Living With the Land and I see this:
OMG I laughed so hard. Zero minutes! I've never seen that before. There was literally no one around. The CMs were just standing there. It was too funny. I understand though, I mean, not EVERY ride can be as popular as Maelstrom.
My mom and I love this ride, so we hopped right on for a private VIP tour of Epcot's greenhouses! I realized this was another instance of Disney planning ahead for moi, Queen of the Polynesian Resort, to arrive. Hey, when you're royalty, these are the kind of perks that you get!
A lot of the plants were decorated for Christmas, which I thought was such a cute detail!
We took another spin on Soarin'... not that Soarin' spins in any way. So what I mean is, we took another flight over California, and THEN it was time to get over to the Magic Kingdom for LATE NIGHT EMH!!! WOOOOO!!!!!!!
Of course, there's always time to grab a Mickey bar on the way out...
OMG I am craving one of these so bad right now!
The shimmering concrete is one of my favorite little Disney touches.
We took my beloved monorail over to the most magical of kingdoms, and I was so pumped that I was literally skipping out of it, down the ramp, and over to the bag checks! I was soooo happy and excited for the night ahead! Late night extra magic hours at the Magic Kingdom are the BEST and I was just SO giddy. I had waited for this night for 18 months and I was just dying to get in there and GET IT STARTED!!!
AHH! So exciting!!! I can't even describe how exhilarated I was! It was such an incredible feeling, like how I felt when we first arrived at Disney all over again.
The great thing about these nights, besides everything, is you know that not only do you have extra hours, but that the lines will be virtually gone, so you have this incredible wealth of time at your fingertips to do literally WHATEVER you want, instead of having to make this plan of "Ok, let's hit that first, and then get fastpasses for this, and then we have to go there cause it'll get crowded later, etc." Nope. You just do whatever the HALE you want without a care in the world! It's like... as amazing as Disney usually is... amped up times a million. It's Disney on crack.
So first, we took a spin on the good ol' Walt Disney World railroad.
We got off in Frontierland...
Splash Mountain only had a 5 minute wait, but it was getting chilly so we saved that one for later. Big Thunder's wait was listed at 20 minutes, but we waited less than 10. I LOVE this ride at night! So much more fun than in the daytime.
One of my goals this trip was to
finally see attractions we had never seen before, and one of them was the Country Bear Jamboree. I had heard it was silly and ridiculous, which was perfect because we are silly and ridiculous people.
Oh my GOD, this is the most weird and random attraction ever! So naturally, WE LOVED IT! I was so entertained because it's just SO funny and crazy... these bears are silly, drunk, depressed, swinging on swings, playing instruments... what a show! Two very enthusiastic thumbs up from my mom and I! Oh man, were we
Livin' It Up now or what?
Also, during the WHOLE show there was a little boy who couldn't have been more than 4, jumping up and down the entire time. My mom and I were CRACKING UP watching him. Oh, he loved this show more than anyone in the world loves anything. It was so precious! Stuff like that makes me even more excited, when I see kids truly having the time of their lives!
