Any Duck Dynasty fans?

We just started watching with the marathon last night. Hilarious!

Even more hilarious because Monroe is my DH's hometown. He got really excited when his alma mater (Ouachita Christian School) was shown on there! Years ago we went to church where they go and I was like "Who are the dudes with the crazy beards?" We keep watching for people we know in the background when they're out in public.

I am addicted to reality trash t.v., but I really like this show because this family obviously loves each other and all the "drama" is from them being silly rednecks, not being ugly to each other. Makes it better because we know enough about the Robertsons IRL that it all seems pretty plausible.

Love it! I got my coworkers and my brother watching it! The funny thing is my brother owns a RV and he is SOOOOO redneck.. I texted him RV=Redneck Vacation and he about died because he was watching it at the same time....Loved the crawfish talk!

Does anyone know anything about the 4th brother that hasn't been in any episodes yet? A few times I saw mention of "rasiing 4 sons" but I've only seen Willie, Jase & Jep.

I caught that last night too, twice it was mentioned that Phil & Kay raised 4 boys (unless they meant Si as the 4th LOL!!) I just googled around but came up with nothing. Anyone know?

What I did find while googling though was something way cool - I'm also a fan of Billy the Exterminator - Phil, Si, Willie & Jase were on an episode of that 2 years ago! I started racking my brain trying to remember them, because I think I've seen every Billy episode, but just couldn't think of an episode they were on. I tried to think of guys with beards & then it hit me - the duck blind episode! I thought those guys were nuts for going in that duck blind filled with snakes. I can't find the episode online though to watch to see the Robertsons. If anyone else has a link to it, please post. I could only find a clip from that episode on AETV.com, and it only shows Billy & Ricky. I think it would be fun to watch!

We watch it! One of our new favorites. We love Si & Phil's commentary and the delivery. Awesome!

Problem is, we found it during a marathon and now its over for the season. Is that right? If not over, almost. I also agree the boys would clean up REALLY nice!

Did anyone see last night - when Miss Kay & the girls were in the kitchen, Korrie had a picture of the 4 brothers - minus the beards! They only flashed it for a second, and it wasn't large enough to really see. Now if I could just get my hands on that pic & blow it up - we'd see the MIA brother as well as those guys sans facial hair! I think they all look very much alike in the face - I wonder if I'd think the same without the beards.

I looked up on aetv.com and it shows the 4th brother. His name is Alan and he does not have a beard. Wow! Shows the family tree with pictures of all of the kids and who belongs to who.

Season 2 premieres Wednesday night! Who's watching?

I want to watch but I really wanted to catch Nashville so we'll DVR it early Thursday morning (can't DVR the season premiere because we'll be DVR'ing Nashville and CSI at the same time).

I wonder what the Robertson men will get into this season.

Our family are huge fans of Duck Dynasty! These guys are from my home town and, as a matter of fact, Willie lives just down the road from my sister. The fourth son, Alan, is a minister but, from what I understand, he has recently decided to become more involved in the family business.

Cool! We live in Monroe but have lots of family across the river. My son and his family and all his wife's family go to church with the Robertson clan and know them well. Lots of the extra people on the show are from their church. My granddaughter is convinced that somehow she will manage to get on the show. Hey, it could happen! My son, daughter in law and brother in law ended up in a background shot of Phil giving a speech at a Ducks Unlimited banquet so why not dgd too? It's a fun show and a fine family.

Your granddaughter sounds like my son.....he swears the same thing. The Robertsons are great Christian people and it's nice to see that shown on television.

We love this show! One of my favorite scenes was when the daughters were all trying to sew an apron to cover Miss Kay's --- shirt ----. They were struggling and then Uncle Si comes in and whips up a beautiful apron in no time flat. That man is so funny!

MH and I joke about my "boyfriends".. I get to have boyfriends in all different categories so Jase Robertson is my TV Duck Hunter boyfriend (Ryan Hurst from SOA is my TV Biker Gang boyfriend, Teddy Bruschi is my retired-NFL boyfriend.. you get the picture).
