Hiya everyone! We just came off the Dream yesterday! I have so much to report! It was my youngest DD's Birthday celebration on this trip and our first time on the Dream. We had a great trip for the most part spending 5 nights 4 days at CBR for the first time. This was our 5th time down to WDW and our third DCL cruise. And our first time on the Dream!

Let me say I had been planning this vacation for well over two years and had everything planned down to a T or so I thought! There are things you can't predict like car sickness, a missing box you had delivered, or a storm at sea. We had all of the above but still managed to make lemonade out of the lemons. 1000 plus photos were taken and a hour or two of video.

Stay tuned and I will take you through the good, the bad, and the stormy! (if my kitten stops walking across the keyboard that is!) Right now I would be sitting on our verandah! I loved my insomnia then because I could sit out and look at the ocean and the stars. I am still feeling the affects of the ocean also. I wish this room would stop rocking back and forth lol

We got back home at 7 ish last night and I had to go food shopping. We were starving! My DH is diabetic and although we had a good lunch at MCO he needed to eat. We ended up having a frozen pizza.

Since he and my oldest DD took a towel animal folding class I expected some towel animals on my pillow last night and some of the gold coins we had in our state room. Oh how I miss the Dream!

All righty then! Let's get this report started! Let me tell you who we are. There was my youngest DD Claire who was turning 6 on October 19th on the Dream!

OMG! Sometime this board really makes me mad. It logged me out for some reason and I lost a long part of my report Ok from the beginning lol

We got picked up at CBR from FL. Tours in a nice black Sedan.

We stopped of at a Super-Walmart. We had Garder Grocer deliver groceries to CBR and got a 6pk of Smirnoff Ice. We still had the Smirnoff Ice and I just picked up a fifth of Bacardi. Luckily it came with a plastic bag because my youngest DD Claire got car sick. We pulled off to the side of the road and I gave her the Bonine and she was fine for the rest of the journey.

Our port time was 11AM and it was around 11:30AM when we arrived. I didn't have a long wait in the Castaway line and got a number 5. Since the 5's had borded we got to go right on the ship. The only bad thing is we didn't get the port pics of the characters.

They made an oops and announced the family in front of us again The guy was from England and had the cutest spiked hair. I later saw him in the Oceneers club when I went to pick up my DD.

Thanks! I didn't realize I took so many videos! It took all day to download onto youtube!

Back to day one. We arrived on the ship, got our picture taken, walked across onto the ship and then were in awe! The atrium is truly beautiful!

We had our choice of Cabanas or Enchanted Garden for lunch and we chose EG. It was packed full of people. Our table was close to the buffet line and it was my duty to fill mine and my DD's plate. They didn't have trays there and the lines were really long so I packed the plate just-in-case we couldn't go back It was like we hadn't eaten in years!

This was the most beautiful restaurant we thought.

We had a about a half hour to kill before the staterooms opened up. We headed to the Oceaneers Club to pick up Claire's armband. Cassie could use the Tween Edge club but chose to do her own thing around the ship.
The club is truly huge taking up most of deck 5. The neatest thing I though was the light up floor. It also is used to play interactive games with the kids.

After a looking around the ship it was time to go up to deck 6 to get to our room. We only had about a 5 minute wait. The anticipation was killing me. The room was much farther down the hallway than it appears on the ship map.

Then it was off to meet our Diser friends at the Dismeet in the artium at 3PM. PS I forgot to mention that right after lunch I headed to D Bar to try to get Palo Brunch. Luck would have it that the guy in front of my grabbed the last ressie! We decided not to do Palo at all this time.

For her B Day we just asked him if he could hang up the streamers and we had some Jack Sparrow confetti. We brought them from home with some tape. We came back to the cabin without my daughter and found the towel cake with the streamers wrapped around and a whole bunch of golden chocolate coins. We had an extra FE treasure chest so we filled it up with candy for him and put his tip in it too
