Is anyone else not able to get a response from DU

Is anyone else having a hard time getting Dreams Unlimited to respond to emails? I rebooked while onboard about a month ago. DCL recorded Dreams Unlimited as my TA for the booking. I have not received anything from DU even after sending two emails. :confused:
 
That's unusual:confused3 I have been in contact with Tammy from DU over the past few days, even though Kelsie is my assigned agent. I believe Tammy said Kelsie was out of town at the time, so maybe they are just backed up. When was the last time you sent an email?
 
I have emailed Tammy and Tracey within the last week and they both responded within minutes, maybe drop a note to John so he can take a look?
 
I just saw that the are in Hawaii at Aulani. The have a live pix from there. I just looked at their photos. So, maybe they are short staffed right now.....
 


I was told by Kelsie a couple of months back that DCL was not transferring onboard reservation info to them very promptly which may explain why you'd originally heard nothing from DU about your onboard ressie.

This may explain why I haven't received a quote back from them. I, like the OP, haven't had any response. I've been waiting a few days now and was wondering if I should try somewhere else... Does it normally take 3 days to get a quote back from DU?
 
Not usually, they're pretty on top of it. After we got back, I hadn't heard anything, so I sent them an email with my name and the sail dates of the new bookings, and they replied back and added the reservations to their system.

I am a huge fan of DU but, this should not be used as an excuse by DU for not responding promptly. As another poster suggested; get hold of John. He seems to be great in getting things fixed.

If it's DCL not getting it transferred right away, I would be upset with them. It should move quicker from them also.
