Wow, the votes are all so spread out! So far the only one that's ahead is the bride and groom shot - A. The others almost have the same amount of votes for each

This is going to be so hard!!

Throughout the wedding day the big photos belong to Misty, the smaller ones were taken by family/friends etc.

I woke up bright and early today – who doesn’t? Hair and makeup was arriving at 8am, and so were the bridesmaids. So I got showered and did all necessary morning things.

It was raining... Of course I wasn’t too concerned, but it would have been nice for the day to have started bright and sunny.

Mum got up too, but only so she could go back to her room for a little more sleep.

It wasn’t long and the BM’s started arriving one by one, followed by the girls from Beaute Speciale. Like I said before, I can’t remember many names from this trip. I know the girl who did my hair and makeup was Elaine, but I can’t remember the other two girls, but they were so much fun.

Meanwhile the boys were further along also getting ready

I was starting to worry a little about the rain, it seemed to be coming down really heavy outside. However someone came in then and told us that the POR people must have been cleaning the roofs because they were up on them with pressure cleaners, and that’s where all the water was coming from!

Crisis averted!

While getting ready my flowers were delivered! They were beautiful. Not exactly what I wanted, but that didn’t stop me from loving them. Basically all that I would have changed is I would have had the pink roses as tiny little rose buds, and I wanted the green lily grasses looped over the bouquet, not going around it. As I said though, it was still beautiful, and I love it!

It wasn’t long and Misty and Nelio turned up! They quickly whisked away my dress and other accessories for some photos

Once mine and the BM’s hair and makeup was complete and we were all dressed;

The girls from Beaute Speciale started work on the mothers, and we were taken out for some photos.

I’ve decided I love getting my photo taken...

We then got some family photos done,

POR is perfect for getting wedding photos. We could have spent a lot more time around the grounds here... If we had the time that is...

My bridesmaids were convinced I'd been practising posing for photos, but looking at these pics I think they may have been practising too!!

The next installment should be up soon. I got a new computer and I've been really lazy, but I'm planning on getting back to the TR soon!

Misty and Nelio then took off to get the boy’s photos and we headed back to our room to gather our stuff to get the party started.

We tightened my dress, did some makeup touch ups and gathered our belongings. We had quite a large bag, but stupidly STUPIDLY!!! Forgot to get the video camera... This would be my only regret from the wedding day. I still can’t believe we forgot it.

Anyhoo, moving on. We then walked to the front of the resort, getting many congratulations along the way, and I felt quite special walking through the lobby to my limo.

Here’s a picture of the boy’s trip, I’ve already posted one of ours.

On the way to the GF we noticed a little napkin poking out of one of the glasses, and on closer inspection found that DF had written me a note on it!

My mum still has it for some reason, but as soon as I get it back I’ll post a pic of it. It was so cute, so we pocketed it, and giggled about how stupid he is.

Once we arrived at the GF we waited in the limo for Misty to finish up with the boys.

All the while laughing at nothing in particular. At one point Richard asked a man that was using his laptop on one of the benches out front to move, and Jess my BM decided it was because he didn’t allow anything related to technology around the GF... You know, because of his get up and all that. However it was simply because he was sitting right where I’d be getting out of the limo, and no one wants wedding photos with some random with a laptop in them.

It was then time to get our photos in the GF, so we headed in – with Richard’s help of course!

We got our photos taken on the stairs, and then around the side windows,

and then headed outside to both the pool

And the beach;

Here we are trying to put shoes back on and clean feet of all sand;

And here we are realising that we’re still being photographed!

And then we headed over to the Wedding Pavillion! Having Richard help you in and out of the car is seriously such a bonus when it comes to having your reception at the GF. He’s so adorable!
