Kris, I'm glad to see that the pass to Busch Garden worked out well for your day there. It's really nice that you have this chance to relive your trip through this trip report. It will be sad to see it come to a finish one day but you'll still be around for other PTRs and TRs to come! The newbies that make their way here will need the advice of pass wish trippers still.

As you can see...I didn't get a chance to finish up my Busch Gardens day. I just had a wonderful day....not

We left at 9am for Kylee's Post OP appt. at 10:30. We get there and waited over an hour to go back. The Surgical resident came in and I told her about how the home nurse couldn't draw blood. She leaves and then comes back stating the doctor that does the accesses of the Port is in surgery and will be down in 15 min(turned out to be 90min). Then Kylees surgeon comes in and did his business and left. I then get a phone call from the kids school. Steven had fallen and was in the office crying his wrist was hurting. She needed someone to pick him up and get his wrist xrayed. One problem...we were both a hour plus away. I called my dad and he picked him up from school and took him to there house and put ice on it. Long story short...Kylee's appt was over 3 hours long. We were so hungry. By now it's after 1:30, so we just ate at McDs. I swear I would never eat there as that's all I eat when Kylee is inpatient. Get to my parents house at 3:30. Steven is in pain.. ugh. Drop Kylee off at home with the girls and we head to the ER. Steven has a wrist fracture in 2 places. They put him in a Simi full arm mobilizer. Monday he has to go to the Orthopedist and get a full cast on. Got home at 10pm. Can you say I'm all fun out. Yes...I know that didn't make since. Can't I have 1 week without any excitments. I don't even have time to read PTR or TR. I'm just going to laying in bed all tomorrow and just doing that.

Oh Kris! I'm sorry to hear that you had such a long day waiting on the doctors for Kylee and then the ER for Steven's wrist! So glad that your dad was able to go pick Steven up and put some ice on it until you could get home. Ugh on the fractures which means more doctor appointments! Oh well, that's next week!

You need a Mother's Day weekend! I'm claiming the next two days as Mommy's Days so she can do whatever she wants! Honestly, don't worry about being on here. Just get some rest and relax this weekend to recharge your mommy batteries.

I am so so sorry that you have had so much going on...I swear I think kids like to tag team us moms just to keep us on our toes. I hope you get some much deserved rest this weekend!!

After the Flume Log ride we went to go see the Tigers.

The next ride the kids wanted to go on was the Congo River Rapids. Scott, Kylee, Kyra, and I sat this one out. It was already 4 and cooling off and we didn't want to be wet the rest of the evening. While waiting for their raft come by...Kylee lost her tooth that she had been trying to get out for days.

Finally we saw the kids on the raft.

The next Roller Coaster they wanted to go on was Kumba.

The next thing we did was go on the train that takes you through the Safari.
