Making a Room-Only Reservation Payment Online: Not Possible?

Hello Disney Gurus,

I was finally able to pull my room-only reservations up online after they'd gone missing due to technical difficulties. I'm looking at each of our room-only reservations and I can't seem to, for the life of me, find a way to add a payment online. I'm going into each room reservation and there's nothing listed

Is this not possible for room-only bookings? Seems like it should be an option. I'm dreading having to call in lieu of the much simpler, anti-social option.

You can't pay online for a room only reservation. Likewise, from what I understand, you can only make payments to Disney by phone if you booked by phone. Otherwise, people who booked online and make payments to Disney by calling in have their extra payments refunded back.

FWIW, the issue is that final payments for room-only reservations aren't due until check in, so Disney apparently doesn't have a system set up to take advance payments beyond the initial deposit. Packages are payable in full 45 days (I think that's right) in advance, so they have to have some way for guests to make those payments.

She was referring to room-only though, not vacation packages. Room-only seems to be a totally different Disney Beast. Indeed, I booked online but there's no way to make additional payments online. Ah well.

Made the call. The robot-woman couldn't find my reservation even though she'd repeated it back correctly. Less than a minute with the cast member and she had it pulled up. Silly voice prompt robots. Where's R2D2 when I need him?

Added my two Visa gift cards to our remaining balance. Can't wait to pay it off.

I'm referrring to a room only reservation, not a package. I paid my package off in increments (for June). But I found out by trying to pay for my room only ressie in September that I can't until arrival.
