Korissa's ~MAGICAL-AMAZING~ 10 day MAW/GKTW Adventure!! Discovery Cove day started

After being in the VIP room for about 45min.. we got to go through a special door that leads you right onto Spaceship Earth.

I had no clue they took you picture, so the pic I got was this..

After the ride we explored a little and then it was time to go back upstairs where we had to leave the stroller. Of course the other kids(minus Korissa..she needed to sit. Big kid Scott had to do it too...lol) had to do the magic mirror.

looks like you had a fun time in the VIP lounge....we had met up with Elliot and his family and went into Spaceship Earth too...unfortunately we got to the lounge after it was closed....I think they were going to try another day to go into it!

anyways...we went on the ride with them and hung out for awhile as the kids played around...the ride was alot of fun....I will post some of our photos when I get to that day!

weren't all the F & G topiaries beautiful! I didn't see the Lotso one though...but we did get to meet him....

Kristy was lucky to get too meet you and Megan. Spaceship Earth was a cool ride. The F&G topiaries were all just amazing. I think I took the most pictures here. Lotso was at the enterence of the park. Where was the character Lotso located? We didn't see him.

huh, I didn't see his topiary and we went to EP 3 times! his M & G was in the Animators Academy with Scorcer Mickey at DHS...we lucked out and were 2nd in line for both of them!

How are the kids doing? hope everyone is feeling good!

We finally left the VIP lounge and I decided to look on Facebook for a few while Scott and kids were looking at some pins. I happen to see a post from Brooke(she commented on my wall that we were heading to Epcot)and she said that Mary(Maroo) and Lauren were here too. I hurried and went on Mary's FB page and sure enough..she was at Epcot. I texted her and asked were she was at. They were just going into the Land Pavilion for some lunch. Since it was about 1:30 and we still haven't eaten...we decided to go over there to eat. The biggest was to meet Mary and Lauren. On our way over there we stopped to take a few pictures.

We finally made it to The Land Pavilion. The place was packed. I tried to call Mary a few times, but she never answered(very loud in that place). I got my meal and told Scott I would go look for a table and look for Mary. I finally found her, but no tables to be found next to them. I go up to her and we hugged each other. Scott and kids came by to say hi, but went off to look for a table. It was a quick meet, but so glad I got to see them. Lauren is such a sweetie pie.

I finally found Scott and we ate quickly. Half the day was almost over with and we really haven't done anything yet. After lunch we went on Living with the Land ride. This was a really cool ride.

Next up was Soarin. I really wanted to go this, but I also have a fear of heights. I told myself before going on the trip that I was going to be brave and go on more extreme rides. Even with the button..we waited 30min. We get up to being next and Kylee decides to tell me she had to go pee. I asked her if she can wait, but nope. The CM was nice and told me to just come back to the front of the line. The girls moved out of the way and just waited. Can I say what a long walk out? Kylee does her business and off we go back and we get on the very next ride. I'm so glad I went on. The ride was amazing... ok..I closed my eyes a few times, but Wow!
We left the The Land Pavilion and headed to the Butterfly exhibit.

I would of loved to meet all of you. You are right. We will meet one day. Kids are doing good. Kylee is being a butt today though. The last 2 nights she has been going to bed at 8pm and I think she is now over tired. Korissa's ENT appt was kind of a waste. He wants to see her when she is sick so he can see if it's tonsillitis we are dealing with before he will take them out. Frustrating because we keep getting she needs them out to ..no she doesn't. He said they are large for age, but she was breathing normal at the appt. If only he can hear her breathing when she is all congested....wait...maybe you can..lol. I just hope they can get her in right away when she does get sick.

Great update. I love all the pics in the wish lounge, Tim's is the only other TR I have seen this one in, and all the pics from the flower and garden festival. Epcot was a favorite park of ours.

Next up was meeting the Fairies. The first 2 Fairies was Rosetta and Vidia.

and then Terence and Tinker Bell

after the meeting we walked out and saw all the fairies tapestries.

Next up was Test Track. This was another ride I wasn't going to be scared of. Another ride I was glad I went on. We actually rode this 4 times.

What a great day (so far) at Epcot!!! Isn't it nice to be able to relax at Base21? I think we were there for 30 minutes or so.

Being in Epcot during the F&G festival is amazing isn't it? All the flowers and topiaries are so beautiful!

When you have height issues..it's bad but glad I did it. I actually wanted to fo on it again, but we didn't have time. I'm so glad our day was changed so we could meet up with Mary and Lauren.
Boy did Kylee have an attitude today. Glad she is in bed now. I could of had this day done with, but now have to finish tomorrow. I'm exhausted.

I wish I took pictures of the bathroom. It was amazing. I would love to go back to Epcot one day and see the stuff we didn't get to see.

The line was huge to see the Fairies. If it wasn't for the special button..we would of stipped seeing them. Test Track is awesome. Kylee went on it once and didn't like it, so Scott and I had to take turns watching her.

I think we could of spent our whole time there...lol..just kinding. We did stay longer than I thought we would.

I conquered a lot of my fears during this trip. Once I got the ok from Cardio to go on these rides I told myself I will not be afraid and I will go on rides.

We did get to meet them. I skipped a few Countries or this trip report would never end...lol.

Korissa loved Japan. I on the other hand had to deal with a little crabby pants at this time. We ended up having dinner at the Tokyo Dining...so yes, she got her sushi. I will get the rest of the day up tomorrow.

We finally made it to Japan to do the Pick A Pearl. The girls were so excited all day to do this. This was their one big thing they got to do. We go in and Kylee started right in with the fits. She was crying and flopping on the floor that she wanted to do the Pick A Pearl too. She had her big thing and she was too young to do this(ok..maybe not too young, but what is she going to do with a Pearl). I'm trying to listen to what the ladies that do the Pearl were saying, but than I had a kid hanging on my leg crying and having everyone looking at us. BTW...she had an attude all day. I knew she was way overtired, so I was trying to be patient with her, but enough was enough. I had to take her outside and gave her a stern talk. If this was her Wish trip we would of left and went back to GKTW, but this was Korissa's trip and she wanted to finish with Epcot...even though she was exhausted too. Anyways...Kylee finally calmed down and we watched the girls pick their Pearls.

After the ceremony was done the girls went to go pick out their rings. They told us it would be done in a hour. We decided since it was 6:00pm to eat in Japan. I thought maybe the rest will help with Miss Crabby pants. She was still whinny and caring on. We ate at the Japan Dining. Scott and Korissa had sushi, I had the terikai chicken and beef, Steven, Scott, and Kyra had the Curry Udon soup, and Ashlee had just the Beef Udon soup. All was yummy. After dinner we picked up the rings.

We left Japan and headed to the next World.

After this picture the kids went up to a CM to look at his Pins and he started to talk with us. He was very nice. He wanted to know what Korissa was dealing with. We told him that Korissa and Kylee had Mitochondrial Diease and it affects the way they produce energy. He told us to hang on and he will be right back. He comes out with 2 icees for Korissa and Kylee. I thought that was really nice of him, but I did have 3 other kids. If you are going to do something for 2 than please do something for all, because now I had Steven and Kyra say...that's not fair and was upset that they were left out. We did tell him thank you and we moved on..and since Kylee took 2 sips and was done...Kyra and Steven shared the rest.

It started to get dark fast..

We finished up the Worlds and the kids wanted to do Test Track one more time so we headed over there.

The kids actually went on it twice. Once with me and the other with Scott since one of us had to sit out with Kylee. We were all exhausted and poor Korissa couldn't even walk anymore so we started to head out. I did catch a little bit of the fireworks.

We got back at the Villa by 10:00pm and again did our nightly routine of taking turns showering and me doing the nightly ironing for the next day and the load of laundry. I think we all crawled in bed at 11:30.
