October 23 - 30 Eastern Caribbean

That was an awesome costume! I couldn't figure out what it was until you started walking.

Thanks, it was aloty of fun, but I owe it all to my DW, it was all her. The best complement I got, was that I was pulled aside and asked it i was a CM.

Thanks for posting the navagators. Hope to see some of your pictures soon.

Your costume was great and I like the way you played the part and stayed in character during the judging of the costume contest. The crowd at the costume contest loved you!

Thank you so much for posting the Navigators! This is going to be our first 7 day cruise, and one of the things we've really been looking forward to is tea with Wendy. I saw the note on the first day to come and get tickets, but can't find the times listed in the navigators. Does anyone know the normal time? I just want to be sure it doesn't conflict with our Palo/spa reservations. Thanks!!

Our tea with alice was at 3:00 on a sea day. I went down after boarding at about 2:00 and got the last 4 tickets they had.

Thanks...as I walked on to the stage, it just happened....it was fun.
I pulled Dave aside later the night (the MC) and asked if he was up set that I stayed in chatacter, he told me noway, it was one of the funnest times he had on the magic in 4 years....NOW THAT WAS A COMPLEMENT, not to mention that the crowd got into it....
I wish I knew how to post my pic's of Mr. Fredricksen....

we will do it again

P=Parrot Cay
L=Lumiere's
A=Animator's Palate

So if you were on a PLA rotation, you'd eat in Parrot Cay on Saturday, Tuesday, and Friday. On Sunday and Wednesday you'd eat in Lumiere's, and on Monday and Thursday you'd eat in Animator's Palate. The advantage to that rotation, IMO, is that you eat in the nicer dining rooms for formal and semi-formal night. (Sunday and Thursday) The food is the same, but we prefer the atmosphere and decor in Lumiere's and Animator's Palate, and being dressed up there seems to add to the formality of the evenings.

We are on the Nov 20 Turkey Day with Suz. Can't believe 2 weeks from now and I will be on a flight to Orlando. I love the idea of this dining rotation. We are planning on really dressing up for formal and semi-formal night and my predicted rotation per Passporter would put us in Parrot Cay for Sunday. Parrot Cay sounds really fun and perfect for the first night, but not what I envision when wearing a floor length dress and hubby in his white dinner jacket. Where and when did you request a specific rotation?

To OP thanks so much for the Navigators. Can't wait to read them all.

Hilary

I loved the Mr. Fredricksen costume! The costume party was lots of fun :)

I loved the PLA rotation. It was great being in Lumier's on formal night.

Hilary, we've never requested a specific rotation, but I'd imagine you do it at Guest Services on the ship as soon as you're able. We did have a rotation once where we had formal night in Parrot Cay and I really didn't like it as much. We'll be dressed up too!

thank you so much for the complement....it was fun...
rotation dining is fun, and having formal night is Lumiers was a nice touch!
did you have 1st or second seating?

Robin & Angel "D" :thumbsup2

next cruise 2b2 LA ~ Vancouver/Vancouver ~ Alaska!! can't wait

We were on the Oct. 23 eastern and our rotation (we requested it) was PLA, second seating. Dining times are at 5:45 (main seating) or 8:15 (second seating).

Possible rotations would be PLA, LAP or APL.

Hope that helps! Have a great cruise!

This is my family's first disney cruise - I like your thinking with the dinner rotation. How do you go about requesting a certain rotation.

Thanks.

Anyone else having problems pulling up the Eastern Caribbean Navigators posted on page one of this thread? Wondering if it's just me or my computer. We are going on the Magic for the 7 day Eastern Caribbean on April 23rd and just wanted to start putting our vacation plans together.

I can't get to them either...the page it takes you to isn't working? Anyone else?
