Hi everyone, we're here and having a wonderful time! Sorry it's taken me so long to post, we're having lot of technical problems with the internet, as well as with my camera, which got dropped on a concrete floor and broke. My sil took lots of pics but I won't be able to download until we get home. I did however grab a bunch of maps so if you'd like to get one send me an email at tad079 at aol dot com, with an address to send them to. I would think a business adress would be best, but I promise not to stalk you no matter what adress you have me send them too.I will mail them out tomorrow, I have about 20 of them. I only have internet for 24 hours so let me know asap if you'd like one. The party was awesome and well worth the money. The most amazing fireworks show I've ever seen!

He's one of the primary reasons I'm going to the party!!

I think I'm going to plant myself right in front of the flag pole near the train station on Main Street. I'm thinking I'll see him come straight down Main Street from Frontierland, and then go around the circle to my right. If I'm lucky, I may be able to rush to the side closest to the Emporium and see him exit through the backstage entrance. Think this will work????

All this reading is getting me SO excited for the trip! So my questions are starting! Is the map going to show where all the character dance parties are? I'd love to go to Woody's Happy Harvest Roundup, but at this point, have no idea where that or any of the other parties are!! Thanks to all who respond! What a big help!

I wish I knew about these boards back in 2007 when we did MNSSHP our first time! I think we saw 2 characters that night. My boys spent more time trick or treating and at a dance party in Fantasyland. Plus we had NO idea we could get in at 4pm...oh well, now we know. Thanks for the great info!

I know what you mean! When we went to our first party in 2008, we got so much candy and rode BTMRR a million times. We just happened to walk into Frontierland as the parade was going through, and we thought, oh cool, a parade! not even knowing what was going on!!! The next year we were much wiser and got tons of character photos and watched Hallowishes and saw the Headless Horseman, and still managed to ride BTMRR a million times! And now we only have 5 more days until our next party! Yay!!

Keep in mind too that he rides about 10 minutes before the parade. Get there EARLY!

Anywhere along the parade route. Some say by the wooden bridge out of Liberty Square becuase he used to rear up there, but I didn't see that happen there. It might have changed. We stood there one night last year then sat in front of the castle our other night.

If you have a good spot for the parade, you'll have a good spot for him too!

on the map just look at the symbols and it will tell you where the dance parties are being held

Are the Pooh characters still in Town Square ? Are they only out the first half or randomly ? Thanks.

Are the lines for all of the characters really long all night or only the 7 Dwarfs? Does it make sense to wait until later to try to get Mickey & Minnie and Pooh & Friends? Thanks- it will be my first time going and I am so excited

I really have only one more question. How does Toon Town change over for the party. If we want to get the Princesses and Princes or Mickey/Minnie etc, is it best to be there at 7pm or try later?

Where is the face painting and is Small World still closed? Do you know when it re-opens?
