Sorry I've been MIA. I've picked up another cold and have been laid up in bed all week!
I loved catching up on all your updates.... and that painting looks fantastic in your living room. It's practically a prefect match!
Congratulations to the both of you on your anniversaries!
Okay. I'm even more convinced now! I'm sure it's the pretty faces on the dolls! Much like the great smile with the Disney Princess!

Congratulations to the both of you on your anniversaries!
In the meantime, I have a funny story to share about Chris. He is in Chicago tonite, and if you happened to be in the American Girl store earlier this evening you may have seen him. I have been in the NY, LA, and Atlanta stores a couple times, but this was Chris' first visit to any AG store.
He called me 3 times on the soccor field from the store. He kept saying "This place is crazy", but I could tell he was really enjoying it. Of course he bought a ton of stuff for Katie (all for Christmas, except the "Me & Dad" book he wants to give her right away). He said he saw the doll hospital (although I wonder if he got that right - I didn't see a hospital in any of the other stores - I thought the hospital was in the factory), the Salon, and the Restaurant/Cafe.
When he got back to his hotel, he called us a 4th time to confirm that he had entered a contest at the Hotel to win the Laney AG Doll, and also wanted me to know that when I finally take Katie to the AG store (I have been promising for the last year or so), we can't go without him.
If only his enthusiasm for the American Girl brand could translate over to Disney!
