I don't mind paying the extra 10% or whatever it is. I do not know if it is feasible but maybe the extra can be donated to an organization like Give Kids the World. We get the shirt and someone else benefits.

That is a great idea for the donation!!!!!! GKTW is a great cause!

I don't know if you guys saw this yet or not, but WESH in Orlando is reporting that a 10 year-old boy was struck and killed by a Disney bus in front of Ft Wilderness this afternoon. It was a very short blurb on their website but it mentioned that the driver was charged with careless driving and was placed on leave. I noticed it when I was looking around on cnn's site. Absolutely horrible. Everybody go home and hug your kids.

Wow, that's a terrible tragedy. The last place you expect something bad to happen to your family is in the happiest place on earth. Thoughts and prayers go out to the family AND the bus driver, who I am sure is also devastated!

This. Great idea. Collect the royalties and just have them payout every so often and forward what you collect on to GKTW, as a donation from the Dis Dads' Club.

Best Idea yet, The club is getting big enough that with very little effort or money from each of us we could make a nice donation.

Zazzle is great because that is the company that Disney goes through on their t-shirt personalizations. Except, the codes posted only can only be used on Zazzle, and don't work if you go through the Disney Store. Also, I found a lime green t-shirt as well that can be personalized. There are so many Goofy heads to pick from, then their is t-shirt color, font of the words, front and back or front only, etc.

My vote:
(1) Everyone go through Zazzle
(2) Must pick a Goofy design, but any Goofy logo
(3) Front must say "Dis Dad's Club"
(4) Member # has to be included, any where on the shirt

This gives everyone some basics and allows for personalization, since most of us seem to be a bunch of characters anyway.

This idea would work for those members who don't mind designing their own shirts. For those who want to do less work and have something a little more standardized, I am offering my final design. It would still take a little modifying for the name and member number but that would be it. I'm not sure how we can vote on something like this or if it's necessary. If you like it, let me know and I'll email the design to you with modification instructions (as soon as I write them up!). I have also created one with Nate's slogan, "Will work for Dole Whip" and the surprised Goofy image. Thanks for the help, Nate!

Wow, I thought I was the last one. I thought I pulled the last of the lights off the roof about 2 weeks ago. Then last weekend I found a bush that still had the lights on. Yes, I was out there in shorts, taking down Christmas lights.

I think I figured out how to change a Disney image on one of the design templates. Find the one you want in the Disney section of Zazzle; right click on it and save it to your PC. Then, upload it to Zazzle. It will then save it so you can access it anytime you need it. You can then insert it into a design. Have fun designing!

Fed: Our DD's inlaws live in Calabash, just north of Myrtle Beach. We've been down a couple times. Last time, we had a oceanfront house in Holden Beach, which was great! Have a good time!

MMmm! Calabash Shrimp! MB weekend starts one week from today.
