Garden Grocer Help!

Has anyone ever done this? Do you have everything delivered before you arrive? How is this done?

I have used them twice and very satisfied both times. You will be able to give them a time frame for delivery. I can't remember if it was 2 OR 4 hour window. I know if you are at a WDW resort they will hold them for you. Garden Grocer called a few days before our to confirm and then called us to let us know our order had been delivered. It could not have been easier. Enjoy your trip.

We used Garden Grocer too and we were happy with them. We will be ordering with them again when we go in September.

The didn't call us to confirm the order or delivery but as we only have international phone numbers they obviously didn't want to call internationally. We ended up being delayed by a day, due to plane cancellations around the USA so were rerouted around the country when we arrived in LA from Australia to make it to Orlando, but we arrived a day late (so lost a day of our holiday and ended up doing a 45 hours straight travel time from leaving home to arriving at WDW, we were exhausted). I had booked the grocery delivery time in the window around our arrival time, but then we were delayed. They still delivered and Bell Services stored the groceries, even the things needing to be in the fridge. Our groceries were in perfect condition after being neglected by us for a day, but they came up with our luggage so it was great.

We have used when we stayed at the Disney's Cabins inside of Disney Fort Wilderness Campgroud. We ordered $600.00 worth of groceries and they delivered them and put them away along with a Disney cast member while were we at the pool enjoying ourselves. I will be ordering from them again this year as we are getting married at Disney and we have rented a Grand Villa at Disney's Boardwalk.

they actually will refrigerate the items for you like juice/milke/cheesesticks type deal.

I would definitely reccommend as it was a very painless process and totally worth it in the savings.

You don't need to - I'm sure they get many deliveries from GG a day. BTW, they also deliver beer and wine - it's not listed on the website. You can add the tip to your order online if you are not going to be there when it's delivered.

Edited to add, I see your trip is this month. Book ASAP, because the slots do fill up ahead of time.

Hi I just wanted to say that I used GC too for the first time last summer and they were wonderful. I just wanted to post that I ordered waaaayyyy too much stuff. If you are getting the dining plan (which we had) you really don't need that much stuff. I mean aside from water-- fruit-- and my Pepsi (only coke products at disney) we actually had to give away some of our stuff that we didn't get to eat.

Looks like we'll be using GG too. What have you typically ordered with this service? We're thinking granola bars, juice boxes and the like. What else would you recommend?

We did chesse sticks, chips and salsa goldfish We are staying in a 2 bedroom suite so we also ordered laundry det, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste etc. I am so relieved to have products I want and not worry aboout shipping them, or paying a gazillion bucks for them at the hotel store.

I didn't and we were delayed by a day and I called AKL to let them know that we had been delayed but I completely forgot about the groceries. They were stored so well by Bell Services even though they didn't know that I was having the order delivered.

Garden Grocer was one of the best tips I learned on here! They were great! Even when we had a resort change, everything still went very smooth!
