This thread is the 2010 version of the HHI Adoration & Information Thread from 2009.

As more of us are getting our 2010 days booked at Hilton Head, I thought it was time to start a Roll Call thread (just below) as well as place for general information (and photos) for Hilton Head resort. If you are not on the list and want to be included for your 2010 vacation, please let me know when you are going and I'll add you.

Yippee, just booked ther last of my trip today!

Going with my husband and 2 kids and will be there June 13-19.

We have an 8 year old boy and a 10 year old girl-anyone else have kids that age and will be there that week?

My brother and SIL booked today as well for the same dates.
They came last year for the first time and my brother said as he left the parking lot of the resort for the drive home he said I already can't wait to come back next year. LOL

If any other posters with teens are going, please give me a holler as I'm worried about "bored" syndrom with my daughter... please tell me teens have a good time here too!

JVL1018; Maybe we can work some sort of "older kids babysitting" arrangement one night so you can go out for an evening...(alot cheaper than Disney prices ) just kidding, or not if you'd be interested.. my daughter is an honor student and an awesome chick allround..

Thanks for the offer, that is very nice! But the kids love the Kids Night Outs at the resort, they look forward to them as much as the other activities, I think. LOL

We spent spring break at HHI last year and had such a good time that we booked it again this year.

I'll share a few pics from last year to get us started.

I am currently going in May. But I am trying in about a month to go in July and switch dates when I get my 7 month booking window. I am taking my Mom who will turn 79. I hope she will enjoy it. Just a mother daughter trip.

We were at Vero Beach for NYE and it was great fun. They had a big party at the pool. I imagine that HHI does something, too.

I got everyone with dates added to the Roll Call.

The Conan Clan will also be at HHI for NYE 2009-2010. Who knows when we will stay there again? Of course there are always road trip possibilities!

We are booked for our first stay from Feb 15th through 20th!

We will be there for our first trip from July 11-16th. Dd1s 7th b-day is on the 11th, so we hope to have a fun birthday trip for her.
It will be me, dh, and dds who will be 7, 4 and 1.5 on the trip. We are driving from Chicago. Wish us luck!

We can't wait for our first beach vacation as a family. I think dds are going to love it.
