It's been a couple of weeks (OK over 3 weeks) since we got back for our magical trip to Walt Disney World. I finally got all the pictures together and am relived to finally be able to start our TR.
Since I am starting a new thread I thought I would briefly introduce our cast of characters to those new to our story.
My eldest son Liam (7)was diagnosed with cystic fibrosis almost a year ago now and was giving the oppertunity to make a wish through the Make a Wish Fondation. His wish was to go Walt Disney World where he has been talking no stop since to go on the Star Tours ride. He has a 4 year old sister who loves princesses, and a 2 year old brother who is a huge Mickey Mouse fan. To finish up our cast is my brother and myself. It was all of our first times to Walt Disney World.
Now that you know who we are, let me start with our Trip Report. I woke up at 4:15 in the morning so that I could start my sons breathing treatment before our Limo arrived at 5:15am. I than proceded to go on to the computer to check out what the weather was going to be like for our week in florida. I was quite worried that it said high eighties and low ninties with thunderstorms all week.
I had put aside everyone's outfit the night before, so getting ready was pretty painless. We were completly ready to go at 5:15, but there was no Limo. After a couple of minutes of waiting I finally called to find out that the Limo driver was lost and we had to give him directions on how to get to the house. At 5:35 the Limo finally arrived and we were on our way to one of the most magically weeks of our lives.
The airport was pretty uneventful except for when some workers noticed out Wish Trip t-shirts and moved us to a luggage line with no wait. The other line would have taken us at least 20 minutes to get through. And as many of you know a long line with three tierd children can be hell.
Will write more tomarrow. Really tierd. Need some sleep.
