Yay for Friday!

I got to leave work early today because Ty was having a rough day and used up his three strikes at school today. So, I spent my afternoon researching to buy a new "used" car. Dave's is on it's last legs and in true gentlemanly fashion he has offered to take my car as a handme down and I get the "new" one. Right now I'm leaning towards a Saturn Vue Hybrid. I found one that's in LA and they are transferring it to Las Vegas for me to test drive, so wish me luck!

Last night Ty started gymnastics classes and although I missed it due to work commitments, Dave took lots of pictures for me. It looks like he had lots of fun and I can't wait to see it in person next week.

I'm feeling anti-social and have a stomach ache as well. I just felt like being lazy, so I put on 13 Going on 30. There was a Crusade for Christ get together tonight but I just didn't feel up to it.

Anyways, I've always been into staying in rather than going out. I like having friends over and playing games or watching movies together.

Happy Friday everyone! Busy weekend ahead for me. Tomorrow morning we have an appointment with an advisor at University of Oregon (GO DUCKS!) to discuss Bryan transferring next year from community college. Then we get to meet some of the football players at "Fan Day", and then we are going to check out housing options including Bryan's first choice - a house of 25 Christian guys next to the campus (and also next to a house of 44 Christian girls!). Then Sunday we are taking a family trip to the zoo - my grandson's first trip (he is almost 3 months).

Happy Saturday all! Well last night Shane ran to Sam's. I wasn't up for it. Then we just spent a quiet evening at home. Unfortunately as you can see I am STILL home and they are all at the game. I am just NOT doing very well and had another bad night so hence I am not at the game. I am REALLY bummed too cuz I wanted to at LEAST go to that one game but such is the case I guess. I feel so house bound. I just want this to be over SO bad. I will be glad to go to the doc on Wed to see what he thinks cuz personally I think I have some complications. When I called his office the other day the nurse said it was normal but I don't think so. I think they were getting sick of me calling with questions but if I DO have complications and if I could have come in and gotten something done about it but I didn't cuz she didn't think it was a big deal I am going to be mad! Cuz that is ALL this extra time I am in pain and maybe getting WORSE because she made me wait!

Oh well I guess I will see on wed! But I told mom I am SO not looking forward to him even touching me. I am SO sore down there. I said he can look but he better not touch cuz I will have to deck him LOL.

Anyway I guess I will just hang out today and try to get some much needed rest. Hope everyone has a good Saturday.

My Mom came and spent the night last night and we went to LoneStar for dinner--it was yummy. (Bella liked the leftovers.) Mom and Ines just left--I am taking today off and going to hit it tomorrow at the office.

Ok--so off to collect my "Boo's" and get them in my signature and check out what else is going on this morning!

Oh, and Cristabel--force yourself now to attend events--now is the time to really hook up with people who will be your friends in college and beyond--honestly, once groups meet up it's harder to break in.

Well, I got all my school work done and turned in, so this class is put to bed!

Today will be laundry and packing for our trip. Laundry and packing sound like chores, but for some reason doing laundry and packing is fun when you're getting ready for vacation....especially when you're going to Disneyland or WDW. Of course, it's when you get back and you have to unpack and do laundry that it again becomes chores......torturous chores!
