Hi Toni,
I just looked at your schedule update part 4 and compared it to mine and it looks like we might be in DTD on the night of 9/19 (my arrival day) it will just depend on how long it takes me to get o the hotel from the airport because i want to go to the Poly and see the fireworks from the beach and the Electrical Water parade. But we will be in Hollywood Studios the same day for sure 9/20, then when you do MNSSHP on 9/22 we will be in MK that day but leaving around 5pm because we have 6:15 Planet Hollywood Ressies. Also we were able to extend our trip through 9/26 so we are now leaving on the 26th at 7am but at least we get to spend the whole day in parks on the 25th. Anyhewwww we might do the EMH at AK on the 25th so maybe we will run into you guys on one these days!
Ahhhh our trips are soooo close but yet still so far!!!

You know, I was actually thinking about heading to the Poly the 19th to do the same thing... And of course have a nice yummy drink or two...

We will have to make sure we meet up at some point when our schedules match!

I don't know how to help you on baby birds. Our cats like to bring us bigger birds and once a squirrel. Basically, all we do with those is put it in a bathroom, leave water (of the non-toilet bowl kind) and food around and keep checking up on it. If it's too the point that it'll live on it's own then we let it out once it starts flying around.

There was a time that it shortly died after and once we (by that I mean my grandpa) had to take care of it because it was really suffering...

I can't be too mad at my cats though, it's their nature to do it.

But after one of them got a squirrel, they don't hang out in our backyard anymore. But I don't blame them.

I have also heard that when a cat brings "food" home for you, it's a showing of love.

The bird is good to go... I got ahold of a rescue hear in Salem and they told me to put it by the tree where it's mommy is and she should take care of it, but if she doesn't then call them back and they will take it and let it learn to fly...

I took it to my neighbors house and we put it in her flower bed by the tree and sure enough the Momma bird came down after we had been inside and is taking care of it... She was working on getting it up in the tree last I had heard...

Tailor's discipline consisted of a "stern" lecture... Went something like this...

"Twila, that was NOT nice... That was a pretty bird and it doesn't belong in your mouth... That birdy has a mommy and her mommy is scared right now... How would you like it if a hippo put you in his mouth and took you away??? You would cry! That baby bird make cute noise, well, except for when it wakes me up in the morning... So you don't do that anymore Twila! Or you will get grounded!"

She was So serious when she was lecturing too... It was so hard not to laugh... I am just glad the bird was not really hurt!

Hey everyone.... I am sitting at McCarron Airport waiting to leave... My plane doesn't leave for another 6 hours, but I got here early hoping to catch an earlier flight... When I waited through the baggage check line (a 30 min wait), the guy first told me that all flights are booked full, so I would have to wait, and then told me that I can't check my bag earlier then 4 hours prior to my flight, so I have to lug around 2 extra bags for 2 1/2 hours and find a spot to sit until I can return the to long wait in line again ... What a pain... Luckily, I found a quiet corner with a plug so I can mess around on the web to kill some time... Free Wi-Fi!! Oh well, I guess I will just wait for my scheduled flight and be happy ... I will try to upload some pictures soon... I might even be able to do it in a bit while I am sitting here...

Okay so I am starting to not be very patient when it comes to waiting for our magical Express tags to get here... My travel agent even called yesterday to let me know they have not shown up yet cause she knew I would be waiting..

Has anyone else got theirs yet? And when are you arriving??

I just bought Disney On Ice tickets!

I decided to do a search to see if they were hitting Portland this year and they are!

So I bought tickets for October 22...

Terry is on the plane home so he doesn't even know yet... I am not telling the kids yet to see if terry wants to tell them or surprise them... So I had to come tell all of you! I am so excited!

We have seen Princess Wishes and I think the other one was Disneyland Adventures... That one had the Incredibles...

This one I just bought tickets for is World of Fantasy!

There are people reporting on the Doing the Happy Dance thread getting their ME tags this week and they're arriving the first week of September... perhaps they changed it to 4 weeks?

fwiw, I haven't received mine yet and I'll let you know if I get mine before you... then you'll know there is a problem.

He left his truck at the airport... We figured it out and it was only 10 bucks more then to have for me make 2 round trips to drop him off and pick him up...

Tailor was determined to stay up and see him, but she fell asleep almost 2 hours ago... Alec is still awake and trying his hardest to wait it out, but he is fading fast...

Alrighty folks... I was able to make it home around 2:15 this morning (about 1 1/2 hours behind schedule)... I went to bed and went to work around 9am... I just got home a few minutes ago, so I am still a little tired, but wanted to share a few of my Vegas pictures I took... None of these photos have been adjusted yet, so they are not the best, but still, maybe worth seeing...

Nope nothing yet... Yes, they come separately... Don't worry yet... people are getting them about 5 weeks out right now, at least the Magical Express stuff... Then the rest of the documents should follow... I am not worried yet, I am sure we will get the ME stuff this next week...

Thanks! I think Terry did a great job on the pictures... We have not told the kids yet, we may wait until after Disney to keep the Disney blues away a little longer...
