Hey y'all

I'm awake & alive. I did sleep last night, but it took every med the dr said I could take. Not feeling as good as yesterday, neck's stiffer & swallowing is harder. I would think it's normal to feel worse before getting better.

Sorry I can't comment on everything, typing with one hand is slow, & I keep trying to use the other one and that hurts.

Maria, Bob is at work looking for that number again. I can't find it & his net is running very slow at work. I will get him to try to make the call sometime today.

Thanks you for asking how I feel girls...The answer is better in some ways but this has been so long. 2 weeks Sunday! I wonder if I'm resistant to the Augmentin...It was what I was on last summer for 4 weeks with the spider bite & then off & on it for 3 months prior to my sinus surgery. I'm anxious to hear what my doctor has to say Monday morning.

Nan, I have only 2 tomato plants that are thriving. I guess it was all the rain & no sun.

Has anyone been enjoying the blueberries this year like we have? They have been delicious!!!

Looks like we might be in for more rain & thunderstorms so grilling may be out tonight.

Hey all! I'm actually posting before afternoon (Utah time, that is)! We had a great barbecue last night. Feeding the ducks was a lot of fun, and a couple of kids even caught some small fish. Of course, it's catch and release, so they didn't get to keep them.

My brother and his family go home today, so it's back to life as usual for us. Since it's Friday, we're supposed to have soup and sammies, but I'm thinking I'll grill the leftover hamburger patties, and chicken thighs. I'm planning on making some more sour cream cucumbers (I could eat those all day long!!!), and I need to come up with some kind of dessert.

Did I mention that Katie has decided to go off sugar for a month? Well, she'll still eat fruit, but won't eat anything that has refined sugar in it. Already she's dropped a couple of pounds, and has gained a ton more energy! I'm really proud of her, so I'm hoping I can make some kind of sugar free dessert for her this weekend.

We have a barbecue with Alan's brother and his family tomorrow night, so I'll try to come up with something she can have for that, since everyone else will be enjoying popsicles, ice cream bars, etc. I'm open for any suggestions!!!

Have a great day, everyone! I'm dropping my niece and nephew at the eye doctor's where my brother and his wife are, and then I'll head to the library!

It was the only ride that would not take the wristband and it was $6 per kid. Per time!

Our County Fair didn't have any sort of ride wristband and some of the rides were ridiculously priced, the Ferris Wheel was $5 per person.

Not sure about dinner tonight, whether I will get something out while running errands or just make whatever at home. Ended up having some shrimp as an appetizer with dinner last night, Harris Teeter had extra large shrimp with the heads still attached for $5.99lb. I find them to have a better taste then the ones without.

Bob is on the phone now, calling the large group number trying for a later time at CG. He has already booked all of the adr's that listed on the front page.

Dinner at Citrico's - Kathy & Johnny, Sheryl & Bob, Gretchen & Kenny he has this also for 7:25 for 7 people (Gretchen's Lane?)

He called for CG & they had nothing available at all. She told him to keep checking on it. Especially has the day gets closer because they take a credit card for the adr's, so cancellations are likely.

All the ADRs are done...I'm working on canceling them now.
Please use the update list from the last few pages because of numbers have grown.......CG alone is 17 people. Good Luck!

Maria has been getting pm's from everyone this past week and she was charting all of the ADRs so the OP is definitely not correct. I didn't see any reason to duplicate it until she finalized everything. We now have a mess on our hands.

Nana camp is going well. My kids are in heaven. We're gonna haveto detox once she's gone though. The will be completely rotten by Thursday .

Oh, and ya'll don't for a minute appologize for forgetting to mention my fil. So much goes on around here I don't expect everyone to remember everthing. Speaking of fil, he's out of the hospital and already out golfing.

Alright ladies, don't panic and freak about ADR's. Mulitple ADR's are a good thing at this time, my sister does that all the time so that she has all of the bases covered and unless it is one you have to pay for ahead of time, can easily be canceled. Just an FYI, my sis is a travel agent and sets up ADR's for her customers and often does that so that she can hold spots until they decide what night and time they want to go where.

Going to Chipotle for dinner tonight. I have a LONG day ahead tomorrow, we are having a festival here at work and I will be here from 8:30am to about 10pm. Going to go shopping for a few things, go home, have dinner, work on a quilting project and get in bed early.

ADR problem solved!!! Thanks to my friends Maria & Sheryl!!

We hadn't heard anymore from the guy that wanted to buy M&D's house so Johnny gave him a call and the reason why he hadn't done anything is that his sister was killed in an auto accident yesterday. We feel so badly for him. He did ask us to give him until Monday to get it done and of course we were fine with that. Just a few minutes ago our realtor called and said an elderly couple had put in an offer for a little less than what Ronnie has offered. Can you believe two now?????

I'm going grocery shopping with Bethany tomorrow, should be a good time!

I'm glad you all got your ADR issues solved! You all are going to have a great time! Your task is to write a joint trip report with photos.

So I got my brake tag (little sticker for your car...), my driver's license, and my license plate. In 20/20 hindsight, I should have chosen a different day to get the plate.

My carpal tunnel that I had after delivering Luke seems to be returning. I had cortisone shots after he was born and it went away. My left wrist seems to be acting up lately. It started with numbness and pins and needles a month ago but pain is starting. Time to break out my brace, but it is so hard to wear with baby.
