A Wigdout Spring Break Adventure very short pre-trip report

I got the gator on video, but since I just got home an hour ago, I haven't watched the video yet. If it turns out to be good and clear (and if I can figure out how to post it), I'll try to put it up on your thread, Wigd. I feel a little bad since I never did get around to showing the video to Baylor.

Did ya'll ever end up finding the gator on your own?

I hope your Illuminations Dis meet last night was very much fun!
We were at VBS, outside playing games, and it was so hot that we were feeling much like we do when we're walking around World Showcase.

I'm headed over to CP's report to see where they are going to be today.

Oh, Wigd! The jelly rings were a big hit. We gave two to Rob's boys (and they were thrilled with them). Afterwards, we had two more people ask us where they could get the rings in the parks. We told them that they couldn't, and their faces just drooped from disappointment. Then we told them that we would give them one instead. The faces lit up just like the rings. It was such a cool thing to be able to just give kids a present with no strings attached. Thanks for letting us share your magic with others.

We are going to meet another DISer today, Scottsod for a dole whip at MK,then back to the resort to take full advantage of SAB.
Then it's putt putt golf tonight. Either Fantasia Gardens or Winter/Summerland. I have no idea which Flchick is taking us to.

I'm glad you were able to spead the magic, it's so much fun! I gave out all that I had in my ziplock last night so I'd better get a refill, never know when you might need one!

In all seriousness, my DH was at DL last weekend and had to say something to a couple of teenagers REALLY making out. They kept going after he said it once, and then a man said to DH "didn't you ever do that when you were a kid?" DH said, "NO, and certainly not at DL in front of little children, and if you are their parent you ought to be ashamed and embarassed!" DH said that they were about 14 or 15. Crazy!! Maybe DH should've called the Epcot security and they might've been there in about 8 hours! hehehe

Baylor had a fit when a couple were a "little" to affectionate in the quiet pool a couple of nights ago........
Plus let me restate, he didn't help me get the gum off, in fact he and Baylor took off trying to save France.......

Marc, you are too much. If we ever have a Disney vacation without you guys there to bump elbows with, it will just not be the same.

It's OK, go ahead and call me a copy cat, the little guessing game was fun over on LL's thread. She took light fixture pics and gave out a prize for the person with the nearest guess as to how many!
Well I have taken a "few" pictures of manpris.........
If you would care to venture a guess, I will have the total when we get home, probably even name a winner sometime next week...

I think I need to go shopping for a prize.......

It's OK, go ahead and call me a copy cat, the little guessing game was fun over on LL's thread. She took light fixture pics and gave out a prize for the person with the nearest guess as to how many!
Well I have taken a "few" pictures of manpris.........
If you would care to venture a guess, I will have the total when we get home, probably even name a winner sometime next week...

I think I need to go shopping for a prize.......

I DON'T LIKE GUESSING GAMES........the rules seem to change too often and some people will even try to act like THEY haven't been on the phone with Disney Dinning making changes, when it's clear that at least TWO changes occured each and EVERY time Disney was dialed, which did seem to be almost daily, for several months......oh wait........I REGRESS.........did you say "manpris" and not ADRs??.........OH, that is different.......however it will need to be known how often you were out in the parks during the RED SHIRT days??? I would also like to know what Prize we are playing for, because if it's a BAG, I probably won't enter!! I don't need a BAG, I have pockets in my pants that seem to work really well in carrying the important things that one needs at almost any given time. Also, since there were so many different ADR changes made for this trip, I'm not sure which places you finally ended up eating in and I do think that it would help us all in making our guesses??? I mean....I may not be a TS kind of guy.....but, I am guessing that some of them there eateries probably draw a different kind of crowd than others?? Also can you let Shocker verify......nevermind......I am sure he is the one that will be required to count them all to start with!!!!!!!!!!! I'll also assume as slow as the report will likely be added too once you are back in the real world with the rest of us, that we really won't have to have our guesses in by next week???

OH THAT REMINDS ME............does this contest include pictures of Shocker in HIS "manpris"???? I mean, I do understand that there aren't likely that many more photos since we know Shocker had been sent off most of the time making sure your every wish was his command........but on those rare occassions where he was there when an "Ashton" moment came up.........and he ended up in the picture and was wearing his manpris.......do those count too???

I don't think any pictures of manpris were taken while we were eating, they were all (I think) taken while out in the parks. I'm not telling what the prize is because I don't have it yet but I can promise it won't be a bag.

Tomorrow, breakfast with CP and family at Crystal Palace before the park opens, I hope to get my first ride on Dumbo!
Dinner at Kona, perhaps "Wishes" on the beach, or over in Magic Kingdom, I will see it one way or another!

Well, I know that you have had a Magical morning at MK, meeting up with CP and riding BTMRR......wow, I even impressed myself.......I mean, MK, CP and BTMRR all in one sentence..........I have become a true Diser!!

Anyway, I had come here to first let you know that I was thinking of you today and I hope it is just the icing on the cake for your trip!! That today is more Magical than all the others combined!! I also wanted to start "working" on my guess for the MANPRIS prize.....I can't just throw a number out there though, as I am sure you are well aware of? Then again, I like MeMom have been in VBS all week, with a class full of 6th graders (29 of them this morning) and I'm not sure I am going to be able to come up with a good educated guess, since I no longer have all my brain cells to use!!!!

But I am going to start doing the math. I know there was some rain during this trip and since it was an extended trip, you likely didn't do like I would have and been in the parks all day (from rope drop, until I dropped) soooo, that needs to be figured into this little contest of yours. There was also the red shirt day and I think that might have added many opportunities for pictures, though I know you were in a different park than MK that day. You refuse to tell us where you ate (I am sure for fear that many would figure out that even after arriving at Disney, you made additional changes to your ADRs ) so that is of no value in helping determine a good educated guess.

I feel certain that when you first arrived that you snapped a picture EVERYTIME you saw a pair. Then after a few days and seeing them more often than you probably expected, you slacked off trying to get a picture of EVERY pair you encountered? Now, if we knew Baylor was allowed use of your Ashton, he likely would have continued snapping them at ALL opportunities, but I'm not sure you would let him near your Ashton??

So, what does that leave us with.......hopefully, a WONDERFUL, EXTENDED, MAGICAL stay at Walt Disney World, with MANY chances to snap pictures of probably LOTS of "MANPRIS", BUT did you point and shoot when you had each chance???...........

I did not slack at all during the trip, the manpris hunt was on. The only time I didn't get pictures was when it was too obvious, or when I couldn't get my camera out in time. I will admit that I did chase some of them down when they walked past us.......
The guys just got used to me running off!
