Relax boys, the belly dancer does not want your singles! 9/2 final update p.87

I'm a little late but I just wanted to make a few comments.

Jenna tell Nate I absolutely loved his shuttle launch report. I truly felt I was there too!:thumbsup2 :thumbsup2

Keith I really enjoyed you segment too. In Tracy's defense "there's always room for desert".

Jenny thanks for filling in more from DHS. All the pictures have been great. I'm truly loving this trip report.

:thumbsup2
I could live on their tater tots and watermelon Diet Cokes! There's one not too far from my house. Maybe I'll go there tomorrow in memory of those who live without Sonic. ;)
Aww.... It would be a true homage!

MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM.

Keith, CoP is ONE of my favorites as well. I wish they had never replaced the one at DL.
Lol! You are about to make a lifelong friend, Jordan.

I think I will hit up Happy Hour. :thumbsup2 We actually have 5 coupons for free Route 44s. :woohoo:
Now I am getting jealous! I did just find out (yes, I actually searched online!) that there IS a Chick-Fil-A in Bellingham which is the closest U.S. city to me (about 45 from my house including crossing the border on a good day) it appears to be on a University campus though. Is it weird that I am actually considering driving to find it? lol. I love living so close to the U.S. border! Oh, for any new people here, I am Canadian, btw!

OMG. There is Sonic in Washington State. I am SOOOOO going this weekend! I swear I searched before and there wasn't one!

I KNOW I have searched for In n Out and Jamba Juice to no avail.

I am so excited! lol, how sad is my life? :rotfl:

Just used Map Quest Directions! It's like 20 miles from my door!!!!

I didn't know you love Chick-Fil-A. Maybe I will eat there at the mall this Saturday. pirate:

Only 20 miles? :woohoo: When I was pregnant with Gabby I made Michael take me to Idaho (90 minutes) to Jack in the Box :cloud9: for their tacos.

Jerk! I only actually just discovered it at the airport in Orlando! I had seen people here on DIS mention it and so I tried it. SOOOOOOOO good!

It's new! Apparently just opened, that's why I didn't know about it! I am about to get to know all the border guards a lot better! Maybe I should get one of those passes for people who cross daily.....

I adore Jack in the Box tacos too! That is another one we don't have in Canada (at least in my part of Canada!) but it IS right across the border and I stop in whenever I cross to go to the Seattle airport or make a run for the far superior American yogurt and Diet Cherry Coke! Yes, I will literally go to another country for better yogurt. Now that I have confessed that, do you people still want to be my friends? :lmao:

Have you been here, Cherie? It IS beautiful. I think I live in the most gorgeous of all the Canadian cities! The Pacific Ocean, mountains everywhere, rainforests, mild weather... and the city itself is just so pretty! I totally admit to bias though!
So Spokane? Spokane WASHINGTON??? I thought you lived in Utah! Or is Spokane like Springfield? One in every state?

If it wasn't already a dream of mine to visit LA, it would be now!

You are one lucky gal! Also, I got an email from Sonic last night (yes, I'm on the Sonic mailing list--shun me if you want), saying that they're doing FREE rootbeer floats tonight. If anyone wants the link or more info, let me know and I'll PM you.

I think if I went to the South, I would leave 50 pounds heavier.

I didn't realize you were in Vancouver...It's so beautifull!

I didn't know you lived in Washington--for some reason, I thought you lived in Michigan. How did that get in my head?

All this talk of food is making me HUNGRY--and, I'm trying to get back on WW. I don't think Sonic has a low-cal menu, though. :sad2:

Glad you are still following along! I can't wait to hear about your stay at SSR. :hyper: Church it up even if it sucks. :flower3:

You get emails from Sonic? I am so signing up! :surfweb: I tell DH all of the time, the only reason I am not 300 lb heavier is because we don't have In n Out or JITB. :worship:

I know what you mean. I grew up in Oklahoma (birthplace of Sonic) and Arkansas. I also miss the regional places like Braum's, Taco Bueno and Blue Bell Ice Cream. I'm just glad that we have a Cracker Barrel nearby.

We have Cracker Barrel here and I have never understood the the love. :confused3

I love Vancouver. One of the most beautiful cities I have ever had the fortune to visit. I would consider living in Canada...as long as it's Vancouver.

I have to go 2 hours east to spokane for sonic........I love them too!

2 hours??? I only have to drive about 3 minutes. And I used to have one across the street.

:faint: Yeah, but how big a fan of the Southern foods are you?

I have yet to try Cracker Barrel. What is it? What kind of food?

Cracker Barrel is a Southern tradition. I usually stick to the breakfast menu regardless of the time of day. They have biscuits and gravy, chicken fried steak or chicken fried chicken, fried apples, grits, hashbrown casserole, mmmm I'm getting hungry just thinking about it.

It sounds delicious! America really DOES have all the best restaurants!
