ok, I have a FE question. Did you find the basic canvas 3 pocket hanger and decorate it or did u make it? Confession: I have not one crafty gene, so as u can imagine I'm hoping for the easy way out!

that is prob what I will do too. I wish I were crafty! Thank you for posting your pics.
Hey Kelli,
Since you now are the keeper of the 1st post on the new thread, could you put the meets into the first post, too? Maybe even link the thread for the teen board? Little did you know you'd have to take on a bunch of responsibilities!!!

that sounds like a good reason to me! We might be in Knoxville on Sunday.
Sure, I can add those to the 1st post. Does anyone happen to know what page they might be on in the old thread? There's a lot of pages to search through.
International Dinner and IllumiNations Dessert Reception
Taste food from all around the world in a buffet style dinner. In the past there have been American, Italian, German and Chinese selections. Your fun-loving hostess, Auntie Roz, will keep the eveningly lively and someone from your party might even be part of the show! Make sure your outgoing children are ready to perform -- and have your camera ready!
Classic Characters such as Minnie Mouse and Goofy have been known to show up right before the dance party begins! After dinner, there is also time for photos with the characters before heading out to your VIP viewing area for "IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth."
The highlight of this viewing spot is a beautiful and elegant dessert buffet. Wine and coffee are served around the chocolate fountain and other sweets. Sounds like a dessert lover's dream come true!
You're leaving so soon? After the fireworks, you do not have to hurry out. Relax! Fill up another plate! Do anything to avoid the mass exodus around you. Think about how peaceful your walk out of Epcot will be once the crowds are gone.
Prices are $59.99 (Adult ages 10+) and $29.99 (Children 3-9). Remember that theme park admission is required and is NOT included in the price of the Grand Gathering.
Illumnations dinner- grand gathering event
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Just got off the phone with WDW. Can't book this yet as it is not 180 days so i will call next Saturday and book it. I can not book it until those that want to be involved add the grand gathering number to their hotel reservation. If your a DVC member you can do this by calling member services others can call CRO. So you don't have to look for the number it is 824529.

After over an hour on the phone I finally get through to someone at member services that can help. They have made changes to their system and i was only able to book for my family because you now have to pay for this when you book it. If you are a DVC member call member services tell them you want to book the Illuminations dinner and desert reception. They will connect you to the right person. If you are not a DVc member you call this number 1-407-939-7526. Tell them the same thing. You will need our grand gatherings number. The date we are booking is 7/17. In case you need it my confirmation number for this is M9723692. Our grand gathering number is 824529. Oh why did Disney have to change things they couldn't have just left it alone and this would have been so much easier. Sorry i couldn't book this for everyone.

Thx for reposting this.......I'm having BF and DD issues.......one can't come and I'm still waiting for confirmation on some of the others.......I should know by a week from now......I may change my ressie at WDW based on who's coming..........GG sounds great, I really want to be there.......
The Mods locked the previous thread - so nobody can accidently post there....
I hope that everybody has a great weekend. I head to Washington DC on Sunday for a few days - meetings and such....

I'm heading to Washington for a conference in a couple weeks. I also get to visit my parents while there. It'll be my first trip out of Africa since last July. Unfortunately, I won't be able to bring the family. Of course, Joann#2 already had her trip to Germany, so don't worry about her.
The birds are chirpping, the grass is greening, and my daffodils are blooming! Could spring finally be here? I sure hope so! This morning we are going to meet BIL, SIL, & FIL for breakfast. They live about an hour north of us and FIL wants to meet at 7:30 so much for sleeping in. On any weekday DS is up by 5:30, he likes to read in bed before he gets up. He's not up yet this morning. Guess I better go wake him so we can get going. He has a lacrosse game at 11:30 and our foster son has lacrosse practice at 3:00. His game is tomorrow afternoon when it's supposed to be rainy with a high in the 50's.
