Anyone else waiting for next ENVIE+ Magazine before booking?

Hi, My missus and I are AP holders since last August last year, and we are planning to stay at the Newport Bay in the first week of may 3-9. The only thing that is stopping us booking now with the 40% off deal is the fact that the next AP discounts are due hopefully within the next few weeks. I am driving myself mad by wondering if we should just book now with the 40% off now, as the next discount AP rate may be disappointing, but then again it could be similar to the 50% off again as per earlier this year. Is anyone else having these same thoughts?
I'm thinking that the discount perhaps won't be as strong as that with it being the spring/summer months, but it might still be better to get a room-only discount than a package with tickets discount.
It's coming to about £680 at the moment (which I'm happy with), but it just seems so daft that it might be possibly cheaper to buy the park tickets again, than to use our annual pass to get a decent room only rate!!
From past years, does anyone know exactly when the next AP discounts are due date-wise?

I'm in a similar position - I'm hoping the AP discounts for April, May and June will be published next week, then I can get going with booking my accommodation. I haven't found a package price I'm happy with for my dates, even at 40% off :confused3.

I'm checking it almost every hour!!

I'm hoping for another 50% off and hopefully more and then I'll be on the blower straight away as I'm hoping to get the DLH for my wedding anniversary in June!!

The seem to come out around the 27th of every month, fingers crossed its there tomorrow!

Its like you read my mind:goodvibes I've been checking the french website every day and was thinking about asking on here this morning. Hope its soon I'm having to be very restrained;)

I know there's a pdf link somewhere on the internet - does anybody have it to hand so I can join in the refreshing :lmao:

Thank god I'm not alone!! :rotfl2: That's good news Capn' about it possibly being due imminently. Here's hoping I'm £1000 down by this time tomorrow, so I can really start looking forward to my trip at last!! :thumbsup2

Mr Stitch, I don't have the link on me but if you go to www.disneylandparis.fr then click on Passeport Annuel then on Adherents it then takes you to the link for the current Envie de + which is 19. We need the magical number 20 :thumbsup2

ah something else for me to be kept bust with inbetween report downloads at work today.

shall we see who can post the refreshed link first?

another bookign may be called upon if the discount is that good. I must say i always find the room only rate rubbish compared to others rates given by expedia and eurostar

I'm wanting to book a couple of stays over night during the summer months (well, end of May and early Aug) but I'm finding the same situation - it's cheaper to book with tickets than to book with a discount AP...

I've never stayed on site before but am considering Newport Bay or Hotel New York. We have 2 small children (3&4) - is one better than the other?

I'll be interested to see what the discounts are... I don't understand why sometimes it seems that I would have been better off not getting an AP even as often as I go!

Without going too :offtopic: this is a sore point! To me, the main reason for my AP is for park entrance. The discounts that you get for having an AP are a bonus and should be treated as such.

You may get a better deal through booking a package, but I haven't found that, plus the fact that my AP is currently running at £11 per day for everyday that I have entered the park, I'm a very happy bunny even without the AP discount on rooms.

Back on-topic it's still not there :goodvibes

I understand your point and have definitely already gone my fair share of times in the past 3 months but just a little confused... I'll figure it all out and still be happy!

Cap n Jack I saw your name and thought you'd found it. Was excited there for a minute:rotfl:

well if there is another 50% off then i am sure we could squeeze another trip or 2 in before the baby arrives, could do with one in early May and maybe another in June :lmao::lmao::lmao:

I'm desperate to book my hotel for May, keep hoping the new Envie+ will show on the website. But something I was reading earlier jogged my memory about last year - I got my July edition last year through the post, but not until the 9th July :scared1:. It did have 35% room reduction rates in it though.

Fingers crossed the April edition shows up very soon :scared:

Fingers very much crossed ( and proving very difficult to type with )

I've kinda been told (my my inside mole) that there will be a slight delay on the Envie Mag for April as there will be a very special offer for AP Holders in the new issue.

However the discount will probably be no better than 35%.

How delayed is delayed though Cap'n - I neeeeeeeeeeed to know :worship::worship:

Do we have to wait for the magazine to come out or can we call and book and they'll let us know what the discount is? If we do just call (for the specific weekends we want), what's the number?

Before Easter is all that I've been told which means sometime between now and next Thursday, sorry

You do, yeah. Usually the CM's on the phone have no idea that there is even a discount. When I booked my March trip on the 50% off offer the shocked CM checked with his supervisor twice that 2 nights at the Cheyenne really was only £56.40!
