We broke in the Deluxe Dining Plan...with lots of PICTURES! I finally finished one!!!

The next day we skipped breakfast because we had an 11:30am ADR for lunch at Le Cellier.

mickeys068.jpg

mickeys069.jpg

We checked in and were a tiny bit early and they had not begun seating yet. We sat in the lobby and in a few minutes all the wait staff came out and sang their national anthem. The kids thought that was really neat. While we were waiting, we got to listen to the host tell person after person that there was no availability all day...in fact, he told one man there was none for the whole next week. However, another man walked in and I guess asked the right questions because after telling him there was no availability, he ended up finding him something. So, lesson learned...ask questions...and don't give up at a simple "no"...because it may be that you just didn't ask the correct question. We were the second ones seated in at a table in the center of the room. I do not ever recall (and I mean ever, not just this trip) being told which province we were in or any of that stuff. Our waiter was Steve and he was good. He did explain the breads, altough we did not need it.

mickeys073.jpg

I just love those little butter balls the serve with it. We asked for more pretzel bread right off the bat! No problem! the kids ordered their usual drinks and I had a Chocolate Raspberry shake.

mickeys072.jpg

It was a very good milk shake! Surprisingly enough, the kids, even Skye, don't do shakes often...I know, weird!

I am again going to go against the grain and say that I am not a fan of the Cheese Soup. I mean it is ok, and if I was somewhere where it was being serves, I would eat it...but it is not my choice of appetizer if I have a choice. And that is really odd for me because I am a creamy soup kinda gal...like the best part of a banquet type meal is the cream of chicken soup...I can eat all four of our family's bowls (because not one of them will eat it!). So anyway, I decided to try the Spicy Chicken and Chipolte Sausage and it comes with Roasted Corn Polenta and Sweet Onion Jam.

mickeys074.jpg

I think I wanted something different. Well, this was it. However, it was so incredibly hot that I could not finish it. It was painul it was so hot. And I generally like a kick so for me to say it was hot...it was hot. The polenta was extremely good though and was really good with the sauce. I think it also helped to calm down the heat of the sausage...but not much. I do not think I would order this again. If it was not so hot, it probably would have been a really good sausage but it was just too hot to enjoy.

I had the 10 ounce New York Strip Steak with potatoes.

mickeys076.jpg

It was very good steak...that's what you should go to Le Cellier for. Medium rare and tender with lots of flavor. We have yet to be disappointed.

The kids both had the pizza and fries.

mickeys075.jpg

They scarffed it down so it must have been good. But it was pizza...so what was not to like?

For dessert, the kids had the make-your-own sundaes again...

mickeys077.jpg

...and loved creating them again but the big hit and our favorite dessert here was the Smores.

mickeys078.jpg

I don't know who decided that this concoction constituted a smore but we are glad they did! It is pretty and tasty! We have to get this every time...usually along side a Mousse but since there was only one adult and we were on the dining plan, we had to make a choice and the smores won out! It is like a chocolate chip sort of cookie cake sort og thing with ice cream in it and a marshmallow on a stick with flavored syrups and sprinkles. What's not to like?!?!?!

While wehave been seated other places in the restaurant that have been a bit closer together we have never felt as on top of out neighbors as people alway talk about but being at a table in the middle we were even less close to the people around us...we definately did not feel crowded. Steve was good about keeping things moving and making sire we were happy...without being all over us.

We love Le Cellier. It is not someplace that we will die if we don't get into but we do always make ADRs for here. It is good food, we have never had a long wait to be seated, and while it is not discussed much here, even though it is names after a cellar, it is a pretty nice looking cellar. it really is a pretty place inside...almost castle like.

While I was a little disappointed in my appetizer, I knew going into it that I had not idea what I would receive so I chalked it up as experimentation and did not let my bad choice relflect on the whole meal.

Our total was $67.21 (or three meal credits) and we left a $13.00 tip. We wer there about an hour and a half. It is longer that we normally spent at a meal but it was not becasue we were waiting for anything...I think we made it that long...I think we were slowing down a little and getting a bit full overall. Not tired of eating but just a steady fullness.

We will definatly return!

Yay another good review for a restaurant i'm planning on making ADR's to! I was going to order that sausage but a lot of people who like spicy food have said it was way too hot so thats a no
The smores looks sooooo good! I have never seen pictures of the restaurant its really cool looking

We hopped over to MGM (I just cannot call it DHS) for the afternoon and decided to stop at The Writer's Stop. Until a couple of year ago, I did not even know this place existed. they have bottles beverages and some baked goods and some pre-packaged goodies. Since we discovered this place, we stop at least once on every trip.

We decided on a bittle of diet coke, a yellow powerade, and a water to drink. Then we grabbed as sugar cookie to share. They're huge...and oh so good! This cost around $9.00 but was 4 snack credits.

We brought our dinner clothes with us that morning and changed at MGM before boarding the boat back to the Boardwalk for our 6:45pm ADR at Flying Fish.

Now, I was very surprise at the wat the inside of this restaurant looks and feels. Not in a bad way, just that it was not what I expected. It was very crowded and loud. There were a lot of kids and quite a bit of people not dressed for the signature venue they were dining in. We were seated along the back wall next to an exit door looking out onto the boardwalk.

mickeys105.jpg

mickeys103.jpg

It was a good seat. Off to the side of out seat was a seperate room for seating too. The walls are decorated to look like a boardwalk carnival...there is a giant roller coaster painted on it. I don't know how well you'll be able to see any of that in my pictures but I tried.

mickeys109.jpg

Our waiter was David and he was informative but a little distracted....like he had other tables on his mind. I know the table next to us was a big family with lots of kids and wine bottles and they seemed to be taking up a lot of his attention. That is ok with us. But he was good and knew his stuff. We ordered our usual drinks...I know boring. David brought us some bread and a slab of butter.

mickeys107.jpg

The kids were intrugued by all of the different presentations of butter at all the different venues we visited. I had the Lobster soup for my appetizer.

mickeys110.jpg

And honestly, I cannot remember what the side served with it but I think it was a little fancy grilled cheese type sandwich...not sure though. I do not know what possessed me to stray from a crab cake at a seafood restaurant...but like I said earlier, I just wanted to try something different. And I was glad I did...it was really good. The soup was thick and had a lot of meat in it. It was flavored extremely well and I ate every drop.

The kids had the pasta with the sauce ont he side and fries.

mickeys111.jpg

It was a lot of food but they both made a big dent in it so it must have been good. And who had fries with their pasta....my kids!

I had the Chef's Thunder Fish dish.

mickeys112.jpg

That day it was a Talapia dish with pumpkin seed crust and I cannot even remember what else. The fish were the fish harvested from the Living With The Land ride. Looking at the picture now, it looks weird. But that is how it was presented to me. It was good. Not fantastic but it was good. And it was very fresh...did I visit with this guy earlier in the trip? Would I order this again if it was offered? Probably not. But it I was happy with it...it was my try something different day after all.

For dessert the kids both had the white chocolate Mickey Puzzle with edible paints (food coloring) and a chocolate cupcake with wonderfully sweet white frosting, cookie Mickey ears and a gummy worm (that Skye had no problem eating by the way!).

mickeys113.jpg

The loved it! Good food that you are supposed to play with...WOW!

I had the Chef's Thunder dessert.

mickeys114.jpg

It was a study in apples. I forget what each one was (I do need to get better at writing down the little details if I am ever going to measure up to the likes of Brenda!) but they were just ok. Good but not spectacular.

Now even though I may not seem too pleased with my food, I think it is all just a matter of personal taste and me choosing the wrong dishes. The place was great really. I mean it looked great, it smelled great, it had good service, it was fun and not the least bit stuffy. I just think, for me, I chose wrong. Not horribly wrong but I think I could have walked out of there going "WOW!" rather that "OK". We will definately be back for another shot. In fact, on our trip after this one the kids kept asking when we were going back here...we didn't, it just did not fit in but it defiantely was not because we did not want to.

We were there about two hours...see, I think we're slowing down as we reach our full lines. Our meal cost $101.49 and we left a $20.00 tip. We really felt comfortable in here. It is definately not a place you need to even tink about hesitating with kids...it is extremely kid friendly...probably the most kid friendly of all of the signature dining experiences we have had.

We will be back!

About this time I realized we had 25 meal credits and 52 snack credits left and we were leaving tomorrow! So at 9:47 we stopped but World Premiere Food Court and got two kid's Mickey Waffles meals with bacon (which Skye will eat a little but Tyler will not touch!) and grapes - Ty got an OJ and Skye got white milk. And I got an adult waffle with a water and an apple juice.

It was all your typical Mickey waffles and bacon...which I happen to love!

The total would have been around $20.00 but we paid 3 credits.

We headed to Coral Reef for our 11:30am ADR at about 11am.

DSC04605.jpg

Our intention here was to arrove early so as to check in first and maximize our chances of a tank side seat while minimizing our wait. It seems that every time we have come here when it have been open already, we end up waiting forever...and having a seat in the middle row...and I am here to tell you, all the seats are not good! Especially when you are a kid who cannot see above the high backed booths. And believe me, somehow, and I am not really sure how this figures in the heads of the people seating guests, just because you are the first one there, to them, does not equal a tank side seat! Now I am thinking, you just opened, there are open tank side seats, we have a party that fits a table along the tank, then I should be seated against the tank...not so, in their minds. I don't know, I cannot figure it out. So I take extra steps to insure it.

So we checked in and had a seat in the waiting area.

DSC04660.jpg

DSC04606.jpg

We knew we ahd a little time to spare so we just hung out. We were seated in the first couple of people in and right in the center of the tank. Beauty!

DSC04654.jpg

DSC04640.jpg

DSC04634.jpg

I love that picture.

DSC04620.jpg

Edward brought us our bread and butter...it is a crusty bread...and took our usual drink orders.

DSC04609.jpg

I had the Land and Sea appetizer...

DSC04618.jpg

Oooohhh, it was super good! And while often times, I have to say I will take quantity over quality but in this case it looks small but was a perfect amount of both parts for an appetizer.

Skye ordered the Lobster Soup as her appetizer...for me!

DSC04617.jpg

The soup is great, thick and creamy...and since I knew they probably would not finish all of their food I figured this would work...plus I always secretly hope someone will volunteer to taste some real food.

Tyler opted for french fries in place of an appetizer...and he shared with Skye.

DSC04615.jpg

He had the cheese pizza for is entree and he was given all of the sides with it as it is advertised...

DSC04626.jpg

Well they ate some of the carrots. They don't do celery...and that is one place I cannot blame them. And they love apples but not with cinnamon sugar on them. And isn't that presentation a bit weird? I think cinnamon Sugar apples and I am thinking a pie filling type of thing but not at Disney. And isn't it odd that when we did ask once (which was not here) we were told that we could not get the apples without the cinnamon sugar. Now, is it just me or doesn't it look like the cinnamon sugar is just a sprinkling on the top...if so, why couldn't we get it without the cinnamon sugar...just plain old healthy apples?!?!?!?

SO anyeay, Skye got a huge bowl of mac & cheese...it had been a while for her...

DSC04625.jpg

She enjoyed dipping her fries in the cheese. She liked it here. This is one of the places that does not serve the typocal Disney mac & cheese.

And I had the Lobster Salad.

DSC04628.jpg

It comes with a bowl of Lobster Soup. te salad itself is on a bed of greens and there are toasted baguettes on the sides. It was really, really good! It was completely different that the Lobster Roll I had had at Captain's Grille at the beginning of the trip. I really enjoyed it.

All the while our drinks were full and we had great entertainment. Tyler loved having the fish maps and trying to find all the fish. Unfortunately for Edward he started talking to Tyler about a shark, I think, that is very hard to find becasue he hides and they were looking for him...they never found him but Tyler kept asking him every time he'd pass by if he had seen him yet.

For dessert, the kids had...guess...come on...just try it...

DSC04641.jpg

I guess it is a good thing sometimes that their list of foods they will eat is not that long! ;)

And I had my very first experience with Creme Brulee.

DSC04642.jpg

I ate creme brulee and I liked iiitttt....as sung to the tune of Katie Perry's I Kissed a Girl...where did that come from!?!?!?! But I did...liked the creme brulee not kissing a girl... It was like really sweet pudding with a very thin hard sugar crust on the top. I could not convince the kids to try it...I think they, or at least Skye would have liked it...again, the creme brulee not kissing a girl...although if I was offering up kissing a girl, Tyler may have gone for it.

So anyway, before I get too side tracked, we were there just just over an hour. We had a really great meal...but we love this place so we are just a bit biased to start with. Our meal would have cost $60.86 and we left a $15.00 tip.

This is another small venue so if you have a late ADR you are at the mercy of the diners before you....same for the tank side seats. We dd not have anyone hanging their kids over our table or around it and I did not really notice any of that anywhere else either. I like the first seating here. It just helps to insure you get what you want...as contrary to public record, all seats are not good ones. The inside is beautiful and it makes it seem so inclusive...like leaving The World behind for a short while. Our food has always been good and we have not had any problems with wait staff that I can remember. I do hear a lot of negative reports about this place though so who knows. I do think this is one of those places that was majorly affected by the dining plan. Prior to the dining plan I think it was not visited as much by families becasue people did not want to pay for it but when people started looking for places to eat on the dining plan, word got out. Not a good thing in this case! But it is still a good meal in our book.

We will most likely be back trip after trip... and my parents will be there for their 39th anniversary dinner ontheir arrival day the day after tomorrow...without us...:sad1:

Around 4pm we stopped in Norway for a School Bread and a white milk. Skye and I love these. Ty, not so much...but you probably figured out that was gonna happen!

These are huge and sooooo good! Custard inside, frosting and coconut outside...what more could you ask for?!?!?!?!

We used two snack credits but it was probably around $5.00.

We roamed Epcot and finished masks and everything else we did not do or wanted to do again. We had a 5pm ADR at Tutto Italia for that evening.

DSC04766.jpg

We arrived a few minutes early not really knowing what we were getting ourselves into. We have never even glanced inside here before. The lobby has a lot of seating and was decorated very nicely.

DSC04768.jpg

DSC04767.jpg

We were called in quickly and sat along the wall to the right side in the front area of the restaurant.

DSC04773.jpg

DSC04774.jpg

The room is a huge open room with lots of tables and very busy.

DSC04776.jpg

Our waiter (don't know his name becasue this is the only place that the receipt only shows a cast member number) came for our regular drink orders and dropped off the starter platter and breads.

DSC04772.jpg

This is not something we normally partake of so it was very new to us. The kids loved the bread sticks and such. I do not think they touched the other stuff. I sampled some of the veggies...about half of it was gone. This was a nice starter.

For appetizers the kids both had the Mozzarella Sticks.

DSC04777.jpg

They were a bit perturbed by the presentation. See, Tyler does not dip anything...unless we are talking about how he does not dip anything and he happens to be eating fries. Then he will insist he does dip some things and dip just the very tiny tip of a fry into the catsup...just to prove a point...and Skye does dip but once again wants to be in charge of her dipping! So no matter how hard we try to get them to believe that the sauce on pizza, pasta, and cheese stix are essentially all the same, they don't believe us. So when their beloved mozzarella sticks were brought out so nicely placed on top of (which means touching!) the sauce, I had some worried faces looking at me! To top that off they were more mozzarella spheres than sticks...ya, they are that weird! So, Skye eventually got over it and ate as much as she ever would and Tyler figured out how to remove as much of the sauce as he could and ate the rest. Such drama! See this is where the dining plan is a wonderful thing...because I would have been a maniac trying to make them eat the food they insisted on ordering had I been directly paying out cash for the meals...Here, I was like, you can either eat it or not...but they are really good! And they agreed in the end. There were four of them, tasted and had the texture of fresh mozzarella, not sure if it was but it seemed to be. They were about the size of a slightly flattened golf ball. The light breading was flavorful and not overpowering...there was just the right amount of breading. And the sauce was good...and seemed to be just the same as the sauce that would be on a pasta dish not the thick kind of marinara that you get at a lot of chain restaurants. Over all, they were very good sticks.

I had the Fresh Mozzarella.

DSC04778.jpg

WOW! There was a lot of food here - three large slices of tomatoes and three large slices of mozzarella. I have never had this kind of dish of this quality. The seasoning was perfect. It was just enough so that it added flavor to the dish but was not drowning in oil. I could really go for this right now but every time I have attempted to replicate an EVOO garnish for it, it just is not the same...guess I'll have to go back to Tutto.

For entrees the kids both had the spaghetti with meatballs...of course eveything on the side. I got odd looks again when there were meatballs in the sauce but that one was easily solved because they were huge meatballs and easily eaten around. They were however very good meat balls. I had a taste...that is all I could manage though. I was feeling very full already.

DSC04779.jpg

I had the Lasagna.

DSC04780.jpg

It looks small in this picture but it is a very huge meal. It was good...if not a bit different than the lasagna I expected. The cheeses are a creamier cheese than I am used to...not your typical ricotta stuffed lasagna. And the fresh pasta layers were great but seemed to be lost in everything else. And I am a pasta girl so I did miss it. It was very rich and light at the same time...does that even make sense??? I ate about three quarters of it. The kids wouldn't try it.

For dessert, Tyler had vanilla Gelati.

DSC04782.jpg

Skye had chocolate Gelati.

DSC04783.jpg

They both liked it although I think they were a bit worried until it arrived becasue it has a name like "gelati" not ice cream. It was very creamy ice cream.

I had the Profiterolles.

DSC04784.jpg

When our waiter brought it out, it was plain ice cream puffs but then he poured some chocolate over them and left the rest for me to use as needed. They were very good and simple. We all helped clean my plate.

Our waiter was sometimes difficult to understand but he was patient with us. He was helpful with the kids and convincing them that gelati was basically ice cream. He asked if we were finished before he removed plates if they still had food on them. He was a good waiter. We loved the look and atmosphere of the place but it was very loud in there. We were there for about an hour. Our bill was $102.24 but only three meal credits. We left $17.28 tip. It was one of our most expensive meals of the trip but not a signature meal.

Our review...

Well, we were torn on this one. The kids, especially Skye, loved loved love "Little-Knee" and it was their first request on our next trip. When asked what the top three meals from that trip were, "Little-Knee" is always up there...and she still calls it "Little-Knee" even though she now knows the real name. Me, well, I think I was tired and stuffed from 12 other nigts of deluxe dining in The World. I liked it but i was not completely sold on it. Maybe it was just my choice of entree...but no, it was not that bad...we had definately had worse. So what was my hesitation on this one? I never did figure it out. Something was just looming badle with me. Maybe it was the fact that this was out last night of our wonderful 13 night World Tour and we'd be heading home to snowy Chicago tomorrow.

We stopped for popcorn again on our way out. two of them actually...don't know why and don't know where they put it. They wanted it and we had a ton of snack credits left so I let them.

I do not have a total...I think about $5.00.

When we got back to Movies around 9pm, we stopped at the food court...why? I don't know...because we could I guess. We grabbed a fruit cup, an order of nachos with cheese, a pretty big bag of Sour Cream and Cheddar Potato Chips, a banana, an apple juice, a powerade, and a bottled water.

While I started packing up, the kids watched TV and ate their munchies. I don't really understand how or why they want to eat all day long when we are in The World but apparently they do.

We used 7 snack credits. It was probably around $20.00.

We showered and got all packed up, dropped the luggage off at bell services and headed to the Contemporary for our now traditional last day breakfast at Chef Mickey's.

DSC04828.jpg

DSC04827.jpg

We had an 11am ADR. We arrived a little early, ok a lot early, at 10:30am and we were taken in right away. We took our picture with the giant plate.

DSC04829.jpg

We ate a ton...here are some plates.

DSC04836.jpg

DSC04837.jpg

Chi-Chi somehow wormed his way into our travels today again.

DSC04846.jpg

The kids love twirling their napkins.

DSC04848.jpg

We saw Mickey...

DSC04838.jpg

Minnie...

DSC04845.jpg

Goofy...

DSC04843.jpg

Pluto...

DSC04850.jpg

And Chi-Chi's favorite, Donald...

DSC04841.jpg

We were there about 45 minutes. Our bill was $52.16 or three meal credits. We love this place. We have never had any other meal here than breakfast but we love it. We find this a great way to say goodbye to the Fab 5.

We will be back!

We spent the afternoon at Disney Quest....definately a difficult place to be with one adult and two kids. And I am not really all that into games like that so it was even worse. When we finally decided to leave, it was pouring out! We were definately not prepared for this. And do you know how far the bus stop is from Disney Quest...and how much the walk ways at Down Town Disney pool water...and how slipery rocks are...well, we do! A bus pulled away as we were walking up...and IT WAS NOT EVEN FULL!!!!! Nice! We were soaked by the time we got back to Movies. So we all got new clothes becasue I was too lazy to search through the suit cases. And then we went for lunch.

We grabbed a kids grilled cheese with grapes and carrots and an OJ for Skye. Ty got the kids chicken nuggets with grapes and carrots and a milk. I got a chiken tenders with fries and a chocolate milk and a chocolate chip cookie. We also grabbed a bag of plain potato chips.

We love the plastic Mickey head plates the kid's meals are served in and we use them at home still. We all liked our meals. Nothing spectacular but good food court food.

It was about $25.00 but only 3 meals and 1 snack credit.

Our problem was that we still had 10 meal credits left and 40 snack credits left.

We went outside to get the kids their tattoos and then returned to use up some credits. to use up our snack credits we got...

a bottle of diet coke
a bottle of cherry coke
4 Mickey heaf chocolate dipped rice krispy bars
12 holiday (I thing they were Valentine's Day) rice krispy bars
6 of the unicorn pops
a Tigger Peanut Butter Cups
2 Chip & Dale Cashews
4 2oz bags of Chip & Dale pretzels
3 chocolate lolipops
a Peter Pan Toffee Bar
2 Mickey Mouse Dark Chocolate Bars
a Mickey Mouse Family Fruit Chews
a Sorcerer Mickey Peppermint Patty
a Seven Dwarves fruit gems

...to take home with us. We ate them for a long time after we got home. While this part of the deluxe dining plan was not something we used very much of while we were there, it was fun to have a little bit of The World with us at home when we wanted a snack. We gave a few of the items to the kid's friends as souvienears too.

Unfortunately, we did leave with ten meal credits left. How that happened, I do not know. The kids only shared twice.

WOW! I have almost finished a report...wooohooo!!!

:dance3: :cheer2: :yay:  :woohoo: :yay:

Yes, the sad day has come. That is all of our food. Was it worth it?

YES!!! And, let me explain my thinking to y'all.

We are not a family that saves well. We don't budget. We are a charge it and deal with it later kind of a family. We love to eat out and do it often at home. In The World, we have never ventured too far into the World of Dining. Not becasue we did not want to but becasue of the cost associated with doing just that. And I have to say, a bit of the fear of venturing into a lot of the establishments..."Will we be able to understand the wait staff or the menu?", "Will we be able to find things we like to eat", "Will we be able to relax and just enjoy the meal or will we be letting the prices dictate what we order?", "Are we going to feel out of place in that venue?", and so on. The Deluxe Dining Plan gave us so much option and made it so that dining was not a worrisome issue anymore. We did not have to worry about if the kids should share or if we had to split appetizers or desserts. We were able to eat at the high end places, a lot of them, and not worry about the cash exchanging hands. For some reason, it does feel different when it is already done.

Now, I say it was worth it. But, with some consideration to issues...like the age and eating habits of the children involved. Your eating habits...like, we are usually the people who want to order the most expensive thing on the menu, because that is really what we would like to have, but normally would not order it because of the cost. Is this going to be the only time you will ever visit Disney World? Then you may not want to miss the parks enough to really enjoy this plan. Is being on a schedule going to be a problem? Becasue basically, we were on a dining schedule...we did not mind but others might.

The way I figured it out we paid $1429.61 for the Deluxe Dining Plan. We payed out $281.48 in tips. With our meals and snacks and mugs (as close as I can figure it with the receipts I have) we received at least $1945.47 in food. So from my calculations, we saved at least $234.38! Now, I know that is not a ton but it is something and when you consider that we were NEVER left hungry, it is huge! Also, while this might not be the way we are used to touring, it is they way we wanted to tour. And the deluxe dining plan makes that possible for us. Sure, if we toured as we normally would, we could have spent much less...I'm guessing around $700.00 but that would have been all counter service and we wold not have eaten so well.
And we would not have had the same kind of fun.

So, yes, for us, it was wonderfully worth it! We would do it again...and did eleven months later...tune in to see how that trip went!

(Now I have to finish my Trip Report...but you guys have been so much fun, I think Ill start another dining report first!)

Thanx for reading along guys and if there is anything else I can help you with, lemme know!

Oh I vote for another dining report, I loved this one and your kiddos are just to darn cute!

I agree about the DDDP we did last time because we had been before and were planning another trip so taking that time out of the day was something we all enjoyed, and we went in Aug so sit down meal breaks from the heat was a plus!
We also did 10 days and I think that helped to, we would do it again if things were the same or longer, a shorter trip I'm not sure, but we loved it and I for one cant wait to do the Delux plan again!

Thanks again for the great report!

Loved ur report! Can't wait for our trip in June! We sound a lot like you - we eat out a lot & love to do so we're excited about Deluxe dining in WDW as well! Thanks for a job well done!

Now THAT was a LOT of food!!!!!!!!! Great restaurants you chose and awesome reviews!!

Your kids seem so well behaved too! That is fabulous. My 8 year old would probably be crying by day 3! :lmao:

I hope to do the DxDP if and when DH and I go sans the kids!

I subbed using the thread tools. I just want to say thank you for doing this report! It was fun to read. Your kids are very cute. I enjoyed it. We are also doing the DxDDP when we go in June. We are really looking forward to it.

Thanks so much for sharing your reviews with us!:goodvibes

You're very welcome...I am glad you enjoyed them...I cetainly did!

Thank you about the kids...

Yes, I agree...if you trip was too short, you migt not want to take the time out to dine for an hour or two two or three times a day. But on the longer trips, it really just seems to enhance the whole experience.

Loved ur report! Can't wait for our trip in June! We sound a lot like you - we eat out a lot & love to do so we're excited about Deluxe dining in WDW as well! Thanks for a job well done!

Thank you very much! I am no oybolshoi or MissCammie but I aspire to at least entertain and inform as well as the do.

Now THAT was a LOT of food!!!!!!!!! Great restaurants you chose and awesome reviews!!

It was al ot of food but it was sooo good (mostly)!

The kids are not always that well behaved...believe me, had you been too near a few times, you probably would have gotten an earful! 10 and boy is sometimes a lot to deal with. But they do know how to behave when dining and they actually enjoy it, why, I don't know, since they don't really enjoy eating all that much, but the do so they were not feeling like they were missing anything while we are dining. Thank you for the compliment though, I guess that means I am doing something right!

Oh, that would be fun...do it! I don't think you will regret it!

Oh, I am so jealous! I want to go again...but it is not in the cards. My parents arrived near Lake Buena Vista this evening after taking their time getting there over the last three days. Their not checking in at Port Orleans until tomorrow...and we're not there so we are all feeling a but sorry for ourselves right now! But this sure does help.

I loved your report!:cool1:
My oldest loved the mac and cheese and Coral Reef. The youngest not so much. I had to email Disney when we came home for the recipe for the Mac and Cheese per my oldest. They emailed me back that it is Stouffers and I can find it in the frozen section of my store. :rotfl2:
