Will catch up at home, but I am here. I am going to have to rpomise myself I will stop being on these boards so much at home - I mean really - what kind of lives do we have folks???:upsidedow  :rotfl:

Dh and DS are Cubs fans. They have never asked me to go along to a game. :confused3

I would LOVE to go to a game at Wrigley Field! In fact, when I retire (if I can ever afford to retire) I would like to go to a game at every major league ballpark.

A funny thing happened today - I popped over to the SSMC09 thread to say hi. A couple of minutes later, Dave (manascarfan) PM'd me to say Hi and inform me that I had snagged a pirate! pirate: I hadn't even looked at the post number! Of course, Mary thought this was hysterical and I'm sure that Mimi & Joanne will too! :lmao:

I've managed to catch up and finished #16.

Great pictures of the trees, presents and Karen's trip. Did you take a picture of your toe?

Loved the one of Karen and her Pancake hat.

 to everyone that needs it.

Rick and I will arrive in Orlando on Wednesday, staying DVC. Moving down to the port on Friday to stay at Radisson.

So, last night went pretty well...she stayed awake extra long but after reviewing the video (yes, I put the camcorder in her room last night when we said goodnight  ) I found out that she stayed up playing with all her stuffed animals :lmao: Normally she only sleeps with her bear but since I was taking away her soosie (yes, a soosie is a pacifier) and her bed was soooo huge compared to her, I let her bring as many stuffies as she wanted. :rolleyes1

And she only got out of bed once, to get her frog that fell on the floor

And....

She never asked once for her soosie!! :woohoo: :cool1: :thumbsup2

Here's some pics....

Her last time in her crib for nap yesterday...

I asked her to jump and "test" her bed, to make sure it was good ;)

She loved her new "Big Bed" :goodvibes

And finally about 10:30pm, she feel asleep :cloud9:

Wow...what a cheesy smile and such a huge bed.

OK Lunch is done and they are serving dessert in 1/2 an hour, Everyone went gaga over the ribs and pasta salad :)

I LOVE to cook for my crew and they always appreciate it, I figure it is the easiest way to have a dinner party without having to clean my house :lmao:

and now everyone is full and no work will get done :thumbsup2

Grats on the Orange belt!!! :cheer2:

hugs to those who need them
 :dogdance:

You just need to look busy not actually do any work. :lmao: I survived another round of lay offs yesterday so the office is quiet. I feel so bad for the people that were layed off. Most had a feeling they would be in this round but others had no clue. Tommy was glad since I have to work to support his disney pin habit and drink funds for the cruise. :lmao:

  for you.

Since I am stuck at home with my DS, (not that that is a bad thing!) I thought I would share some pictures of him at his first Yankee game. I have both him and the Yankees on my mind today.

The first one was before the game started. The second is with one out in the 9th inning and Mariano Rivera on the mound. He was so excited from the buzz in the place, I just had to grab this pic and it was great!

Woo Hoo...baseball game. Rick and I went to our very first baseball game in 2007 and loved it. I would love to go to another one.

I will be your traveling buddy. One of my dreams also.

Good for you- some might get testy!!

Here is a picture of the new years celebration in London.

Not quite a hidden mickey, but nearly.

Not sure if we will be making the trip this year. She is in college and working at UPS. I have to say the atmosphere at the games is fun. I never knew that so much went on in between innings. I love watching the people. We were at the game a few years ago when the kid was drunk and jumped from the top tier the the net. That was exciting. I loved watching the reaction of the players when the police was trying to get him to climb up the net to them. Dh and DS are Cubs fans. They have never asked me to go along to a game. :confused3
This year if you aren't season ticket holders, it will be VERY hard to get tickets. They will demand top dollar on stub hub.

I am a Bleacher Creature, so we always see entertaining stuff out in Section 39.

That is Tommy's goal too! :) I go to eat and watch people.

That would be fun to sit out there. We have always had great seats on the first base line right above the dug out. A friend of my Dad's owns the minor league team here in town so he always get the tickets for us. We have gotten so spoiled. I will let you know if we make it to a game. It would be great if you all were there too.

That is too funny. There will be some comments about that. :rotfl2: Are they doing the Elizabeth Swan too?

Kathy: I guessed right on the MD thing already but was sworn to secrecy. Andy, no it's not McDonalds.

So you're just bragging??? :headache:

fear not gang. i'm pretty sure what "MD" stands for.:rolleyes1

(again, i have no idea how these things get started:rolleyes1 )
but i know afeg calls jeff Gidget, so i'm pretty sure jeff calls him MD..
meaning MoonDoggie.:lmao: :rotfl2:

Thanks! I have that survivor guilt thing going on. We can not figure out what the criteria was for who got laid off. It was not logical at all. We are a very close group here in Louisville and so we take it really hard when we lose anyone in our office. I am working the high scholl basketball game tonight. I think I am selling tickets. (Woo Hoo in sarcastic tone) :rolleyes1
