What a great thread! My DD and I usually stick to the frozen lemonades, mickey fries and itzakadoodles!!! I think this summers trip might be much "sweeter". Where can I find a condensed approved DDP snack list???

for a listing of all confirmed snacks. I scrolled through it very quickly and some of the spots where you can get a salad for a SC is: Sunshine Seasons in Epcot; Mara (food court) at AKL; Polynesian food court; POP food court; and All Star Music food court . I'm sure there are more places.


You'll see that there are alot of non-sweet choices to use your SC for. Fruit, carrots and celery, baked potato, etc.

Oh my thanks! That is alot of info but it is going to help sooo much!

He had his salad at the food court in the resort. The kids also got a fruit salad once. We have a bunch of thread friends at WDW right now. Hopefully they will come back soon with a bunch of pics of these DDP snacks!

The nachos and cheese at Fantasmic were included too. Something a little different.

I just want to put up a warning for the school bread. We tried it at the end of May and I still want to gag over it. I LOVE boston cream pies/donuts and what not but that yellow stuff is butter. It's a bit of bread hollowed out with coconut and like a cup of whipped butter inside and out. It was disgusting.

The almond pretzel thing was really yummy though.

totally my opinion on the school bread but I didn't want anyone to think that it was like a donut or anything.

I had to try this because of DIS boards-yuck. I totally agree with this post. The pretzels were much better than the school bread.

Great thread. This is not helping my decision to do the DDP. Yes, I know you can buy treats while not on the DDP but with the DDP I am assured to have them.


School Bread is on my must try for the next trip. Why do they call it School Bread?

You will LOVE it. I had heard all the hype on school bread and went in there to get one. I had been planning to get that for months.. I get in there and see the Pretzel and just totally forgot about the school bread at that point.. I got one of those and was in heaven eating it..hehe

Okay, I know where that is. We had some snacks there last Summer. The kids had this fruit tart thing that was amazing! They have a LOT of stuff to choose from! I'll have to try out this pretzel this time!

The good news is that you don't even have to wait to go to DTD. The Mickey Rice Krispies are available at other locations too. According to the thread 2008 Confirmed Snacks (http://disboards.com/showthread.php?t=1683477) you can get them at All Movies and Music, Polynesian, GF, Poly, and WL. Probably other locations as well.

Those do sound good. I hope they still have them. Read somewhere that something had changed with those FF!? Can't remember what it said though. Goofys at DTD will definitely get a visit from us!!! We went in there last time but didn't realize we could use our snack credits there! I think you'll have as much fun making these creations as you will eating them!
