Yay, another fun update!

And yum, a Dole float!! I never understood why it was called a "Dole" float, until we went to Hawaii for our honeymoon in January. Guess where we went - yep, the Dole plantation!! We had a Dole whip AND a Dole float, and it was fantastic!! And also, some delicious fresh pineapple.

Anyway, can't wait to hear about your day at DHS!

Aladdin's Carpets are definatly more "exciting" then Dumbo in the sense that they tilt, and you get water spit at you, but Dumbo may still be my favorite just for sentimental reasons.

Why was the park open until 2am? That is so cool! I'd love to be there late as I'm sure it's really cleared out. Love the videos! Makes me want to go back soon!!! I also can't wait to try a Dole Float. Would you recommend that over a Dole Whip? Both sound yummy!

oh, there's no telling how long it'll take me to do this thing! this was probably our longest day except for our last one. i took so many pics though and that's how i remember everything!

you're welcome.....any time! oh, and i'll give you multiple trips on the haunted mansion as long as you give me beauty and the beast at DHS and some tonga toast at kona. by the way, when do you wanna start our pre-TR or do you want to do one?

oh, the changes are awesome. the first one that i notice is the room with all the stairs in it - reminds me of hogwart's in harry potter. i'm sure there's more that i just haven't noticed yet!

the key to the dole float is to mix the ice cream with the juice to make it sort of a slushie.......so good!

the only time i felt rushed that day was going to dinner. other than that, we really did take our time. we just get things done quicker than those with lots of travelers or kids. we should enjoy that while we can because if we ever have a little one, it'll slow us WAY down!

they're yummy. now some people do gush over them way too much. i have had things that taste better, but they're definitely good! the key is to mix the juice with the ice cream and make it like a slushie!

i went to hawaii when i was 9 and that's one of the things i remember - going to the dole plantation and eating pineapple. i don't think they had the dole whips back then though. i also remember breaking my big toe on the sidewalk there!

oh, i still love dumbo too. but i just never had an interest in the carpets because i thought it was the same. we ended up riding it 3 times this trip!

MK had extra magic hours that night. the normal closing time was 11:00 and they stayed open 3 hours later for resort guests. that's what i was referring to earlier when i was talking about ray getting his bracelet - you have to have a EMH bracelet to ride anything after the park closes. oh, and i'd definitely recommend the float! mix the ice cream with the juice and it's sooooooo good!

I'm so glad to see that there's someone else who uses "night vision" on their camcorder. Ever since finding it on our camera, DH is obsessed with using it on the rides at Disney! It is a cool feature though!

I can't wait to hear about your "seats" for Beauty and the Beast..........that is one of my FAVORITE shows in the parks..........we never miss it!
