Love the look! My nephew has a look eaxctle like that!! I think the Asian in them really makes the look. (My nephew is half-Filipino.)

9:30 arrival not too shabby for a group that big. Sounds like you made it through a lot before lunch too considering the swaps, etc. Hope Kim's toe didn't bother her too much (other than the mani/pedi cost ).

I have wondered, when you see a description of "dresser with drawers", why does the spanish interpretation say "cajones"? I mean really, how many people get kicked in the dresser anyway? The same question falls on a label put on a microwave. Honestly, on the outside box label it says "DO NOT IMMERSE IN WATER." So what that tells me is that someone actually DID!!!!

I have just realized how addicting this trip report is...I should be studying biology but instead am reading your trip report! It's a very good distraction from the incessant arguing between my mother and uncle as they fight over memorial arrangements for my grandmother...

And, I have actually used the word "mojo" in a sentence! DH thought I was nuts until I mentioned these boards...

Oh, and whoever keeps posting Peeps pics...thanks!!! They brought some much needed laughter to my family...

I found your TR last night (I am lucky enough to work nights in a slow office that provides internet access - score! ) and immediately had to read through the PTR because I don't like to be missing anything important. You know who we haven't seen in awhile? Binder. And Flat Winkers, for that matter.

Anyway, I'm enjoying all of it so far. I am officially joining up to be a part of your fan club here.

I had flashbacks to WDW arguments past.....

Jordan and Derek 2003-"The Consensus Argument"--Jordan fails to get everyone's opinion before making decisions.

Wendy and Jordan 2001-"Wendy's day o' Silence"--Jordan upsets Wendy and Wendy is silent for an entire day.

Jordan and Kim(another Kim)1999-"The Pretzel Search"--Kim makes Jordan look for a pretzel for an hour and a half....Seriously.

Jordan and Derek 1997-"The Meditteranean Food Argument"--Jordan and Derek disagree on what makes food Meditteranean....

Jordan and Brett 1992-"I Don't Really Like You That Much"-Wendy's then-boyfriend and Jordan don't really like each other......

Hmmmm, all the arguments have one thing in common.........You!

I didn't have to use the bathroom, but you know me......just curious.

I stopped feeling bad about the television watching a long time ago (about nine years ago when I realized DD would sit quietly and watch Teletubbies so I could unload the dishwasher). One of my friends is a child psychologist and refuses to let her daughter watch television except for an hour on Saturday mornings. When we went to visit her, my two went through some SERIOUS withdrawals -- DS, especially, couldn't grasp the concept. Oh, and DD had to write an essay on something in her house that she couldn't live without -- her topic: the television. Oops! I'm like you though, I do try to limit what and when they watch.

Love the drive-thru story -- that is too funny! And you are definitely not alone -- in fact, this week I am the one excited that we get to have McDonald's on Saturday night when the new YOMD Happy Meals come out. Sad, isn't it ? Mine also have their favorite drinks at Starbucks -- how can I tell them no to their Italian sodas and hot chocolates when Starbucks is clearly Mom's drug of choice?

My DS24 ordered "fri fri" at the bank drive through at 11 mo

My DGS3 loves to ride his trike up to the kitchen bar and order drive through. If it's my turn to be the car and order from him, I have to wait back about 3 "carlengths" for the other "cars " to order first!
