Can anyone confirm churos are NOT on the snack list for 2008? My ds12 will be crushed. This was his main reason for wanting the dining plan. If they are not allowed on the plan as a snack, is the only way to get them to buy them op? (You can't add them as a dessert or something?) I realize this is silly but it is a huge part of disney for him. "No one else's churos come close to Mickey's" TeeHee

Thanks

we did get churros as a snack credit when we were in AK on christmas eve. I also am very curious to know if they are on for next year. i know that we will be bringing some extra money with us, just incase. oh yeah, incase you didn't know. there is a counter service in mexico that had a great lunch and a churro was an option for desert. sorry i cna't remember the name of it, but it was directly across the walkway from where the 3 kings did their holidays of the world presentation.

I got a citrus swirl at Sunshine Terrace for a snack credit. Also a danish and school bread from Norway. 2 cherry turnovers for the mainstreet bakery, a Doh-bar from Raglan Road and Figaro Fries. In addition I also got a Dory cookie, character cupcake, dipped marshmallows, krispy treats and pretzel rods from Goofys.

How was the Doh-bar?! Was it at RR or Cookes of Dublin? :goodvibes

You just made alot of people happy with the figaro fries confirmation:thumbsup2

I just breathed a huge sigh of relief now that I see Figaro Fries are indeed a snack again this year.

What are Figaro fries?

I forgot to post this earlier, not sure if it has already been reported of not.

The special allergy free snacks all work still, but some cashiers think they will not. I had two say the carmel corn wouldn't work, but after I pointed out it was the dairy/nut/gluten free stuff they said they would try it and it went through.

They worked at the Pop food court, but I have an email from special diets that says they will work on the plan at all locations where they are available (at least one location in each park and most Resorts).

OT but related, they have new allergy safe snacks this year and many more choices than last year (18 months ago). Jelly beans, carmel corn, several kinds of cookies, brownies.

Has anyone had french toast loaf as a snack credit we used it last year and would love to again this year.

The selection at AS Sports looks pretty bare.....does anyone know if it will be comparable to POP? (Aside from specialty items & such....) I'm hoping single serve bread and fruit-type items will be available.

Last September we could get anything under $4 for a snack. Is it still the same this year??? We got cotton candy, turtles, cookies, fudge, and lots of chocoate from the glass case??? Anyone try this yet??

I am another person wondering about those amazing chocolate chip ice cream sandwiches from the Main St. Bakery.

Also, has anyone tried to get onion rings at Flame Tree with a snack credit?

As of today the only confirmed snacks are what is listed on the first page.

We got the fancy chocolate covered pretzels and the large peanut butter cups at Seashore Sweets. At Boardwalk Bakery we got the vanilla and chocolate pretzel (pastry).

Was that in 2008? I was hoping Seashore Sweets was still participating
