Is anyone else STILL having issues with DVC website?

Try clicking on "View Activity Statement" which is next to "View Vacation Details" it is basically the same information in a different form.

This is where I've been getting information....but I only have 2 contracts. Those members who own multiple (3,4,5+) contracts will possibly have a much harder time deciphering the gibberish on the Activity Statement. :)

I know others are having success with this, I cannot access any info. with that view either...........:confused3
I'm guessing what you mean is that the page comes up but shows no data. That's because when the page loads, it presets the dates to values where the end date is earlier than the start date. For example, it might have a start date of Oct 2007 and and end date of Sep 2006 and therefore it shows nothing. Once the page has loaded, set the dates to the Use Year you want to view and then click the button to display the data.

Am I not "getting" this? When I do the above, it just displays my point allocation info. to me. It tells no vacation specifics. Thanks for trying to help me, Lisa.

First of all, make sure you have selected the correct date range. If you want to see the entries for a vacation scheduled for your 2007 UY, you must pick a date range that includes those dates. If the vacation is scheduled for your 2008 UY, then pick that date range. Once you have the correct date range displayed, look at the data for the contracts whose points you used for that trip. You should see an entry for the original reservation that looks something like this:

Reservation #123456789012 at Disney's Old Key West Resort on 12/02/07 - 12/07/07 for 1-Bedroom

If you later modified the reservation to change the dates, you would see an entry like:

Modify Reservation #123456789012 at Disney's Old Key West Resort on 12/09/07 - 12/16/07 for 1-Bedroom

If you cancelled and rebooked (rather than modified) you would see a "Cancel reservation # 1234..." entry and later a new Reservation entry for the new reservation. Actually, the default is to display the most recent events first so you would see the modifications listed higher in the list than the original booking unless you change the display order. (ETA: The radio buttons to change the display order between "Earliest to latest" and "Latest to earliest" seem to do the exactly the opposite.)

It's not a great substitute for the Vacation Details page, but it should allow you to see your reservation and modifications such as changing the dates, adding/dropping a day, etc. that were made to it.

It's fixed! It's fixed! I just went to check the site and I can see both vacation details and details for the annual fees. Both have not been working for me for weeks and weeks.

I can get to the annual fees pages now but still cannot view vacation details.

ETA: It's working for me now, too. I can get to both the Vacation Details page and the Annual Fees pages.

Still can't see vacation details. Maybe the few minutes that users could see this page was a mistake, and Disney fixed that one.

I got in!!!!!

Just tried myself, and the first master contract wouldn't load. So I checked out the annual dues page (for my AKV which are due) and tried my second master contract after that. I never closed my browser, refreshed or left the site.

I was able to get to all 5 of my master contracts and print out my details.

Good luck to youse guys! ;)

I couldnt get in after several attempts but now I can it appears you must first go to annual dues then from there select vacation point under my membership on top left then choose view vacation details and your in
