Just back from CSR!!!

I returned last weekend but this is the first chance I've had to give a report.

Just returned from a week long adventure at CSR. 05/26/07 - 06/02/07, Casitas, building 4, lakeview. Absolute the most beautiful resort I've ever experienced in my previous trips. I've stayed at POR, AS Sports, WL. The courtyards and fountains in this area were spectacular, especially at night when they were all lite up. Very romantic!

We never had to wait longer than 10 minutes for any resort bus, coming or going. It really is great not to share with another resort. All of the drivers were extremely nice. Our bus stop was #2, the first stop.

The Pepper Market wasn't confusing at all to us, my DD10 had no problems with it! If you have a question, all you have to do is ask. It's all laid out and the directions are everywhere.

The main pool area is great. A large pool and slide, my DD love it.

Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone.

Glad that you enjoyed CSR. We are returning here in Sept. and love the place to. The bus service here is the greatest. IMO, and we love the Pepper Market.

We were at CSR 5/26 - 5/31/07 and it was great! We were in Ranchos 7B, awesome location for the main pool. If you plan to spend a good bit of time at the Dig Site pool area, I definitely recommend 7B or 8A. We had no problems with bus service at all, never waited or stood on a bus the entire time. I highly recommend this resort in the mod category. This was our second stay here and we will definitely be back! Room was great, beds very comfy. We never ate at the Pepper Market this trip, did get some food from Siesta's at the pool and it was good. My son loved the pool and the slide. Check-in took about 5 mins, had a very helpful CM who gave me some choices for room location. Very good housekeeping, business center and bell service.

Thanks for the review. I am thinking of requesting the Casita section now instead of the Cabana section. I was thinking either 4 or 5 so I would be near the Dig Site and the quite pool.

We have a standard view room. Did you notice any room in Casita 4 that had very obvious parking lot view room or was there a buffer between the parking lot and the building. It looks like there is on the maps.

We stayed in Casitas 4 last November. It is directly behind Bus Stop #2, has the quiet pool also. It is a little bit of a walk to the Dig Site though. It was cold that trip so it was no big deal really, we only used the pool once. When we went back the end of May, we got Ranchos 7B. It was directly behind the Dig Site and has the quiet pool. This is a very good location if you plan to use the main pool a good bit. Also, Cabanas 8A is another good choice with regard to the Dig Site.

Thanks for the information. It sounds that Ranchos 7B might be ideal for a quite pool and close to the Dig Site. I was thinking of the Cabanas at first but I really like the looks of the Casitas. Of course they are just requests and no guarantee.

We just returned today from our trip to WDW and loved the CSR.. We have stayed at CBR and WL before, but really enjoyed this resort... Our kids LOVED the pool with slide and we had no problem with Pepper Market either... The only thing that was confusing was "tipping", but since we got a terrrific food server all 3 times we ate there, we decided to leave a little extra each time... Although the size of the beds could be much better, we will definately stay there again... We were in Ranchos 7B and liked it... VERY close to 2 bus stops, so we had NO trouble getting on a bus when ever we needed to... We had early morning days 2 out of 4, and arrived in plenty of time.... I would recommend this resort to anyone... It was very nice!!!
