Was this on the Wonder or the Magic? Does 8602 on the Magic have a tub?

As of late June of last year (2005), 8602 on the WONDER DID have a tub in the bathroom off the master bedroom. I don't know why the have one on the WONDER but not the MAGIC, makes no sense to me.

Neither bathroom in that stateroom on the Magic has a tub. I remember them telling us why, but I have forgotten the reason. Perhaps the tubs weren't handicap accessible?

We found the layout to feel much more spacious than the standard Category 11 cabin.

What a great thread! I have some Cat. 4 ones that are similar to lbgraves, only our room was the opposite way (bed on the other side of the room). I'll post those later.

Does anyone have pics of a cat 10? I have stayed in cat 11 but am curious as the to the differences with the placement of the bed, steamer trunk, etc.

I don't have pictures showing it but we stayed in a 10. The bed was at the far end of the room against the side wall with a DOUBLE steamer trunck at the end of it. LOVED the extra storage space! We actually prefer this room set up since you don't have to go around the bed in the center of the room all the time.

Does anyone have a pic of what the double steamer trunks look like when opened?? And about how much space is in the little dresser type thing near the closet in a cat 10? I am trying to get an idea of how much space I will have to store things! Thanks!!

Cat 5 -- Cabin #7552

(excerpt from my TR)

I ordered a cheese/cracker tray, and enjoyed that with my remaining sparkling cider while I watched a movie in my room and watched us leave Castaway Cay.




Room 7552 (well used at the moment). I used the plug at the desk for my laptop (never did use a hairdryer), and the plug behind the tv for my camera battery recharger. It worked out well. Under the tv is the little fridge, but I never really used it. Our cabin steward, Joseph, kept the bucket for the sparkling cider full of ice everyday.

I have thoroughly enjoyed looking at all of the different pictures of the staterooms! What a great idea! We are leaving for our cruise in a couple of weeks, and there are four in my family--2 adults and 2 kids. We are in room 6050, category 6. Does that mean we will have the pull down bed? Thanks so much for your help!
