zhu zhu accessories... any good?

For those of you that already have opened and used zhu zhu accessories, are any of them any good? The reviews online are less than stellar. We have the ball, ramp with slide, wheel and tunnel, and the starter set with Patches and I am trying to decide what to keep and what to sell/return. I really don't want to keep it all because it is WAY too much money for something that will be on sale soon once the fad dies down. I am thinking of keeping the starter house and the wheel? Or the house and the slide? The ball sounds like it is a pain. Anyone?
