HEY THERE!!! I just realised you have a PTR, how did I not realise that before?! I'm loving it so far but I've only made it to the end of the first page because there are so many giffs and I just get disracted by them and have to keep staring at them for a while before moving on... ANYWAY... YOU ARE GOING TO SO MANY HOTELS???!!!! I thought I was cool with my 18day trip and then you had to go and totally outdo me didn't you?! haha

Not my best move! It totally doesn't hurt now at all! The stitches are out but it is going to leave a nasty scar!

Actually, I thought tequila was meant to dull the pain??? Sigh. Tequila. Such a love-hate relationship people have with it.

I didn't feel a thing at the time! I had a few tequilas by that point.......I still love Tequila and all alcohol based anything! Now I don't have to have antibiotics I'm golden

(The answer is of course both!)

Also, side note. I LOVE coming here and scrolling through all the GIF's that everyone leaves here. It makes my day! Or night in this case

Lesson learned. I've had stitches in my finger for putting my hand in hedge trimmers. The other finger was too mangled for stitches. I haven't touched the trimmers still and it's been almost six years! Oh, and no tequila was involved. We're planning a November 2016 trip. We are excited. When I say "we" I mean me and the kids. Catching glass is not a good idea. At all. Would 100% not recommend! I wish I could say I learned my lesson! But I am a super klutz! But hedge trimmers?!?! Ouch! I wouldn't touch them either! Once I was on a sit on lawn mower when it started to smoke and well just as I got off it burst into flames! Yeah, I haven't been near one of those since!
Oooo November trip! How fun! We were there part of November in 2012 and it was so pretty with all the Christmas stuff up! It was super cold though! But it was unseasonal so I think we were just unlucky! I feel you on the OS non Disney love guess we cant all be super and awesome! At least that's what I tell DF when he complains!
Another Lyndsay! Or in your case Lindsey! I haven't hear of Little Lu, I mostly get called Lu or Lolly, I don't really have any idea where Lu came from for me but I now why I'm called Lolly at least!

DBF and I a planning a trip to Hawaii in 2017 to celebrate his birthday (he is hitting the big 3-0) and I may have mentioned that Disney have a resort in Hawaii. And he didn't say no to the idea!

YOU LIVE IN NEWCASTLE?!?!!? Have you lived there long? I lived there from 2010 - 2013 for uni!!!! Maybe we even crossed paths?!?! Newcastle is like home to me now, I really settled in there and I absolutely loved it. I still visit friends up there from time to time! And I'm living in Sheffield just now while I get my master's degree, so we're only a couple of hours apart! Wow, I'm even more of a fan of you after learning this

On Saturday one of my fur babies, Tazer, passed away from cancer. He was 10 which is a good age for a Rottie and with his diagnosis it wasn't a total surprise but it was still so so heartbreaking.

I'm so sorry for your loss We lost ours in Feb 2013 to Leukaemia, he was only 4 and it was the worst thing ever and people who aren't dog lovers/dog owners just don't understand, it's like losing a family member I hope you're feeling better and cherishing the memories you had with him

It is a very expensive day for sure but we just loved the Trainer for a Day package and it felt worth the price. I think if we were just doing the dolphin swim I don't know if I would be able to justify the price as easily. But Brian kinda helped the day

I do really want to go back, I thought about doing it without the dolphin swim, but when I surprised Jamie with the dolphin swim in 2012, he was sooooooo happy and excited. I can't imagine going back to Discovery Cove and not getting in the water with the dolphins!

It was a whole day thing so you have one of the trainer (hello Brian ) who stayed with your group for the day. We got to go "backstage" and meet all these other animals like we met a sloth and a cute little owl and a monkey!

Also we saw the areas where they prepared the food, and we fed some otters and also met some sharks! I think we had more time with the dolphins than the regular swim guest because we have two different interactions. We also got a bag, t-shirt and underwater camera (which I still havent developed!!)

I just felt that we had more out of the day than just doing the swim and hanging around! I would (and we are) do it again in a heartbeat! I think it would be too expensive to just go and not do the swim, I dont think I could go and watch everyone then not do it myself.

Ah yes that is the gift of the Geordie! The whole of Newcastle has a special magical force that stops hangovers! I only ever got really hungover once and that was after a night out in Leeds...but that might have been more due to the half a bottle of Martini, bottle of wine, tequila shots, jelly shots and jagerbombs...but really I blame the sambuca

They had a bar in Cambridge that had a reallllly steep staircase and honestly I am surprised I'm still alive!
