We have not eaten at bomas before and on the menu it says

zebra bread. Can anyone tell what this?
 
are you sure it wasn't Zebra Domes? If so, they are a popular dessert item. I have only had them once, but I am sure other can describe them in detail!
We loved Boma for dinner! Enjoy. Dawn
