Zarina the pirate fairy costume

Has anyone seen a Zarina the pirate fairy costume in the parks? The green one, not a pink/purple one. After many negotiations my DD finally decided that is who she wants to be for Halloween, and my younger DD wants to be Tinkerbell. But of course, the day I check the Disney Store they are on sale and totally sold out. Hoping maybe the parks have one, at a reasonable price (unlike Amazon and ebay currently), and I can have a friend pick one up. Thanks!

I believe the only fairy custom they have at the parks is Tinkerbell. I have seen Zarina's, costume at the Disney Stores and it is on sale right on DisneyStore.com.
