I was just trying to call yourride.net to book our limo from the port to the airport, and the # is disconnected. Has anyone else had any problems like this? I'm pretty sure I'm calling the right #..1-866-240-RIDE(7433). I've emailed, with no response, so I called last week, got prices, and was calling back today to reserve.
If anyone has any info about this company, I'd love to hear !!

Thank so Much!

Hi,
I'm one of their biggest fans. We had a huge group and needed them more than just from the airport to the port. They were great. I can't say enough good things about Tom and Rabbit. I would think you may have dialed wrong.....Plus their price was so much better than the others. I sure hope they are still their. I for one will use them over, and over, and over again!!!
good luck,

I hope they are still in service I have reservations with them for June that were confirmed 2 weeks ago. Here is another phone # they gave me on my confirmation. 407-277-5282. Hope this helps!

We are also booked with them for 5/17 for our large party. I was going to call them today and add 2 more people!!! Rabbit was very nice and professional when we took our reservation 2 weeks ago.

thatmom or mmouse37......how large was your group? I need to transport 12 from Orlando to the Radisson at the Port and thought I was going to have to rent two cars. Thanks.

I just tried to call the number and it does say it has been disconnected. Wonder why?

I'm sure all is well. Have you tried the transpo board?
You may get a reply sooner as Rabbit frequents it.

We used 'Yourride' for a group of 12 this past Dec. to the Radisson and am so glad we did as it saved us a lot of hassle. We had a 15 pass van w/trailer for all our luggage, also included was a car seat and our driver 'Mike' helped load and unload. Everything worked out great, he was waiting at MCO at the bottom of the designated escalator just as promised and everything went off without a hitch. We used them for return trip also. He had the van decorated for Xmas with electric lights and little tree, etc., which the kids got a big kick. They were very reasonable, most dependable and would use them again. Enjoy!

Hi,
Our group was fifteen and we had the van and trailer too. Because we had car seats Two of us moved into a town car. With your number you won't need to do this. The van will work great!!

Great info...we originally had only 9 going but now two of our teens that were not able to go now can....I was worried that there would not be room. We opted for the van as well and did not know that a trailer would be needed for the luggage but it makes sense!!!

Rabbit quoted us $80 for up to 10 people...anyone know how much more for 11 people???

mmouse37~
Not sure how much pp now since there has been a price increase since Dec. We paid appx. $140 round trip and I believe the trailer was an xtra $40 RT, totaling $180 plus tip for 12 of us.
Great deal!! :smooth:

Just received an email from Rabbit, the phone line was cut by a company doing work in the area. He says it's working fine now.

Do they have a a web site? Do you tip each way? About how much tip total?
We have a group of 8 - 10 for our March 2004.

Hi,
I took the total and figured out twenty percent. Then I divided it by four. We had four different pickups. Then I tipped each way. The total of the main bill I had put on my credit card.. Rabbit is the one who suggested tipping each leg of the trip.

Our grp of 12 tipped $45 ($22.50 each leg), but as it worked out we had the same driver both times. It was well worth every penny, as Mike was so dependable, helpful and relieved a lot of stress for our gang.

Don't forget the $5 coupon on their site. ;)

We are only using youuride for a one way, from MCO to port. We rented a van for the return trip because our flight is not until 7:30 pm and we are spending the day at MK.

4nana,
Thanks for the info. I looked for information on the the trailer and added costs and could not find any. Did you have to ask about the trailer or did they just tell you about it because of your group size. Ours would be 10 plus an infant. We had lots of luggage for our group of 9 in March. I'm sure there is no way they can get 10 plus the infant and all the luggage into one vehicle. I just want to compare the total costs of YOURIDE with transfers through DCL.

Padre Disney ~
It would be best if you called or emailed 'Yourride' directly. They would be able to tell you if you need the trailer or not and give you a price. Our grp. had 30 pcs. luggage, 2 strollers, video,
camera, diaper bags, plus cooler - so we indeed filled the trailer.
;) Best wishes!
