Yourride Confirmation e-mail

I submitted my towncar reservation on the Yourride website 4 or five days ago, but haven't got a confirmation e-mail yet. The site said that I would get an e-mail within 48 hours. Is this normal or should I try to submit my reservation again?
 
Try giving them a call... Maybe they can tell you what happened. I received my confirmation a couple of hours after I submitted a reservation request.
 
Yes, call them. Even then you may have to send them a direct email (other than the online booking form you filled out). I did not receive a confirmation email until after I called and gave them our arrival information over the phone. About one week later, I emailed them because I hadn't received any confirmation. The confirmation arrived soon after the email.

Yourride gave us great service! Thom was there to pick us up at the airport and was waiting for us at the resort when we got down to the lobby.
