Yesterday I called Disney and made reservations for POP April 2nd to the 5th and made my one nights deposit.. I specifically asked if there would be enough time to send my confirmation through the mail and I was told yes.. I did receive a "verbal" confirmation number though..

Now there's only 13 days till I leave here for Florida - and next Friday is Good Friday (a postal holiday I think) so what if I don't get the reservation/confirmation before I leave?

I never seem to arrive with mine. LOL! And I have normally don't even know where the number is.... Never had an issue.

You should have no problem at all with just the number. A few times I have not received mine and used the number. There are times when I had mine and the CM never looked at it.

You can always call a few days before you leave just to be sure you are in the system.

C.Ann, as long as you have your ressies number you should be fine...if you have axcess to a fax. you might want to ask to have something faxed to you. If that would make you feel better.

I would just call and double check before leaving to make sure you have what you are supose to!!

I have been asked for my ressie number but you don't need the Paper confirmation.

Heck, I didn't even get my correct confirmation for my Feb trip until after I got back from it. I just gave them my confirmation #, my AP (had AP rate) and that was all they needed.

I have made reservations many many times and forgotten to bring the paperwork with me. I just go to the front desk and they ask for my driver's license and I am able to check in without a problem.
I think they make allowances for the menopausal forgetful women. Not sure what excuse the men can use, but I use menopause. Peggie

I wanted to check my reservation which I made by phone, before the confirmation had arrived, so I went to Disneyworld.disney.go.com, and was able to pull up the reservation online, which YOU could then copy, and take with you. Click on Tickets & Reservations, then on left side of the next page, click on Visit My Disney Vacation and log in and enter your confirmation # and phone number.
