Your yard (a poll)

Well, it's summer, and here's the poll... Do you mow your own yard?

ChemLawn keeps it weed free. My DH mows it. I didn't get married to have to mow the lawn.

As a renter, it gets mowed for me, just like magic

I mow it. But, sometimes Stephen mows it. Also, we have a young man staying with us for awhile, and he has mowed it twice, w/o asking. So, we all kind of pitch in. I like mowing early on Saturday morning. I have always enjoyed yard work.

DH mows it...............NO way am I doing it.
Grass allergies and it takes 6 HOURS!!

DH mows the lawn. He loves working in the yard. Our lawn is beautiful. We do have TruGreen come out to keep the weeds away.

DH mows it. And keeps it to the uniform 3 inches in height required by the housing development!

My husband mows it because he likes to. I guess because he has a stressful office job, he actually likes the mindless physical work.

A couple of weeks ago 2 college guys came around our neighborhood offering to mow the lawn once a week for the entire summer (10 weeks) for only $100! And they didn't want to accept any money from anyone until the end of summer. Out of the 40 houses in our neighborhood, only my DH and one other guy turned them down. And the other guy turned them down because he already had a lawn service. I thought DH was crazy to turn down a deal llike that.

My husband mows the lawn. He has this riding mower and I think he pretends he is AJ Foyt or someone in a race car or somthing.

I've tried to convince him that economically speaking it makes more sense for him to practice law and pay someone to mow but he loves his riding mower and insists on doing th mowing himself.

We have a small lot, and I mow the lawn. I enjoy it, and I think I do a better job at it then DH. I'm a wee bit fussier then he is....

We pay our son to cut ours(more than $5). He loves the money but hates to cut it.

I mow it, but as soon as my DD gets old enough she will start mowing.

Isn't that one of the reason we have children?

Sometimes DH mows it, sometimes my nephew mows it. But not for $5.00, more like $20.00!

DH does the majority of the mowing, but I do mow it occasionally.
