We definitely take it nice and easy. We have been many, many, many times. We have seen everything and we have done mostly everything we have wanted to so the pressure is off. We now mainly go just to stay at AKL... I could spend the whole day on my balcony :goodvibes

Go, see, do...until I bought DVC. Now it's go, see, do until we get tired, then it's sit, soak and sip!!!!

It used to be, "Go, go, go!...rest...Go, go, go!" Now it is usually more laid-back...unless going with a friend who hasn't ever been. :)

We've been down 34 times since Michael was 6, he's 13 now, so now we do it slowly. We used to commando but not anymore. I go mostly for the accommodations, I'm OLD! :teeth:

Same here. Although I haven't been to WDW yet, we go to Disneyland every year since my first visit in 1998. The first few times I was very rushed, wanting to see and do everything. But these days we take our time and enjoy it. We've seen it all before so now we only do the things we know we enjoy. I have fibormyalgia now so that super fast "gotta do it all now" pace is too much for me. But I suspect that when I finally get to WDW the first time, I'll be back at that fast pace again...just with a lot of pain killers for added pixie dust! :goodvibes

Ditto for us. Can't get into the rush rush rush thing.

Hey Papa, I'm still answering your polls! :woohoo:

I voted see a little do a little. We have 2 kids- 20mos and 6yrs. Some days we do more than others, but its mostly about a nice relaxing vacation as a family! We live 2hrs from WDW and have been 5 times this year!! We are lucky to go so often.

Funny, I thought of DVC as I was making the poll.... obviously you folks can afford to be more liesurely since you go so often.

I take it nice and easy. When dd and I are at WDW we always try a few "new" things, revisit our favorites, and then let the rest take place as need be.

At DL we sometimes just go to do one thing and then just walk around. Sometimes we will go just to see if we can improve our scores on Buzz and keep riding until we do so!

Nice and easy is the way to go. You can knock yourself out and miss so much. We used to like going for an average of 9-10 days just so we didn't have to be in such a hurry. Now that we're so close, it's not unusual for us to go for lunch and just do one or two rides and maybe a show. Sometimes, just lunch. Life is good!

I start slow and easy, then get fast and furious, then I slow it down again

Nice mix here. :)

We do our favorites and always try to do something new. And we ALWAYS plan downtime during the day. WDW is way too exhausting without it. :)

A nice mix here. We like to resort creep, and that is soooooooo relaxing.

Nice mix. Depends on weather and time allotted. We've had so many trips and they were all different. Even if we're comando, I 'schedule' down time frequently that may correspond with being in an area the more energetic can go off and come back. So, my commando might be someone else's easy does it. lol! For us, late nights require the following morning be a sleep in morning or that we've had an off afternoon for rest and replenishment.

of our time in Florida, we spend te lesser of it in Disney parks, we like to enjoy all Florida has to offer.

Ours is a nice mix :thumbsup2

Ours is a nice mix! Used to be go - go - go, but that changes with time. Now we take the time to enjoy the resort, visit restaurants and swim.

This is where DH and I bicker on vacation- I am a "go-go-go" person and he is a "nice and easy" person, so it kind of winds up being "see most, do most"...
Now that we have DD 8 mo, I'm thinking it will change to either see a little, do a little or nice and easy. I'm sure this will make DH happy!
