We've stayed there 3 times and we love it. The proximity to Epcot and MGM can't be beat. They have a wide variety of restaurants ranging from the ESPN Club to the upscale Flying Fish. Decent nightlife with Jellyrolls, Big River Brewery and ESPN in addition to some limited entertainment on the Boardwalk itself.
The downside--really no true counter service restaurant. They have a walk up pizza window and an outdoor fast food location with a limited menu, but it would be nice to have a Roaring Forks or Mara type location. Restaurants are out on the Boardwalk. If it's raining it can be a bummer. It's never bothered me, but others here on the DIS have complained about it. The hallways are long and if you have a room in a distant wing, it can be a long way to the elevators. Not a big deal to us, but again others here have mentioned that so I thought I would pass that along.
We like the theming and the themed pool area is fun. Good luck deciding.
