???Your Ride???? Anyone use them???

We have a group of 15 with transportation needs three times...
MCO area Hotel to Port, Port to All Star Resort, All-Star Resort to MCO... Received an emailed quote for $350.00 to cover all three trips for 15 people.

Until now... the best quote I had received was $450.00 Big difference!

Anyone have experience with Rabbit and Your Ride????

If I were you I would check out the transportation board!! They have many reviews over there - some good, some bad.

We used Art's Shuttle and were very happy with them - we had a huge family group that used their transportation 10/31/02 - 11/07/02. They were less expensive than yourride. If you want to check them out their website is www.artsshuttle.com.

Thanks for the suggestion of the transportation board. I had found Arts Shuttle a few months back and thought they were the best priced too... but they charge 10 per person each way... that comes up to $450 instead of $350 as quoted by Your Ride.

We didn't have as many people but were VERY happy with Yourride. We went from the Contemporary to the port & back. Jim was waiting for us when we got off the ship & more than helpful with everything.

Twelve of our group will be using 'Yourride's' 15 passenger van w/trailer for the first time Dec 13. We found them to be the most reasonable, Rabbit very pleasant, all calls and replies in timely manner. I have seen many good reports and like all companies, a few not so favorable. We are looking forward to meeting him and being relieved the stress of car rental, etc. Wish you luck.

and used Yourride and I was a tad bit skeptical as well but they were AMAZING to work with!! I changed details so many times and changed hotels, pick up times and everything and Rabbit worked with me everytime without an hassle. He also called me the NIGHT before we left and made sure of the details. Mike was our driver and he was GREAT! He was waiting for us a little early at every stop and we went from the MCO airport to the poly, the animal kingdom lodge on embarkation day back to the poly to get our luggage after spending the morning at Animal Kingdom, then to the port, from the port to a Quality Inn to drop off my inlaws luggage since they were leaving the next morning, to Port Orleans Riverside to drop us off, picked the inlaws back up that night at Port Orleans (we called that morning after Mike left and changed the time my inlaws were going to be picked up) with NO PROBLEM and then they picked us up a few days later to take us to the airport. The van was nice and the price was AMAZING!!! THere were 7 of us and with that many stops we got it for 380 plus tips!
I would recommend them highly! We were very satisfied!!!

For the report on Your Ride!

I suppose there can be bad experiences with any company. We are all human and we all make mistakes ... But it sure is unnerving when you are the one making plans for 15 people which are made up of three different families!!!

I will be making arrangements with Rabbit very soon!!!

I also LOVED Your Ride!!

We used them for airport to the Poly, Poly to port, port to YC, YC to airport. We had Jimmy in the stretch limo, it was gorgeous, he was great, always on time and waiting!

There isn't anyone better than Jimmy, unless it's Texas Jim or Ian. We just used Yourride for the third time and I'm about to book them for MCO-Swan-Wonder-Swan-MCO.

It's good to see all the favorable responses as I just booked with Your Ride for our return to MCO from the Port when we get back from our Majic cruise next week! We are returning on Jan. 11 so I will post our experiences then. Rabbit was very nice and helpful when I talked to him on the phone.

Yes, Dec 13-21 we had very good service with 'Yourride'! I must say it was an excellent decision on our part and less hassle than renting cars, packing luggage, carseat, strollers, etc.

The night before our trip Rabitt called us to confirm our SW arrival time. Upon arrival at MCO we took the tram to the luggage area. There was Mike, just like he promised at the bottom of the escalator with a pink sign with our name! He loaded all our luggage in a trailer...about 22 pcs, plus 2 strollers, etc. He also furnished a car seat for our 18 mo old. The van was decorated with Xmas lites and a tiny lit tree to add to the Christmas spirit. We were offered a stop, but decided not to take advantage. It was about an hr drive to Radisson @ Port. We paid/tipped him and used a $5. coupon from their site.

On return fr cruise, the porters took our luggage out to the parking area and there was Mike waiting. Again, we had another safe, stress free ride to MCO for our departure. We would definitely recommend 'Yourride' and use them again. Good luck!

We also used Yourride for our Dec. 14 cruise and Rabbit was excellent. We used him form the airport to Universal, to WDW, to the cruise and return , On our way from the airport to Univresal we had a Ford Explorer with a viedo for DD to watch and Rabbit gave us a very informal litttle tour along International Dr.. Service was prompt and very couteous. When we left the port on our way back to the airport, Rabbit was waiting right there for us. Couldn't have been easier!
