Your recent ART Shuttle experience and where you stayed?

I am planning a trip for August and would like to know about anyone's recent experience with the ART Shuttle and where you stayed please? It was reasonably reliable past trips.

I’m curious too - we’ll be there soon.
I downloaded the app, but it’s clunky and doesn’t really show the routes on a map…and is telling me it’s a 45 min trip from the convention center?
