Thanks for the info, I will prepare our everyday menu at WDW I think is always interesting to have some recomendations when you're going to a restaurant first time (and more than interesting if the restaurant is not a cheap one and will not able to go twice ).

Every item we've ever ordered at the Yacht Club Galley has been well prepared and tasty......wouldn't hesitate to go there again, and we do. LOL

House of Blues is known for it's barbequed ribs and there's a good reason for that.....they're outstanding, out of this world, finger lickin' GOOD! I am SO looking forward to rack of ribs and that yummy rosemary cornbread.

Best meal I have ever had in a resturant was at the California Grill
I had the pork tenderloin with polenta with a glass of White Zinfandel
and for dessert I had the chocolate molten cake with ice cream and an Irish coffee, then went out on the balcony to watch the fireworks. Going in Dec and plan to have the same meal.
